Monthly Rentals in Bayview

Howard's place in Eureka was very clean and comfortable. The location was good - walkable to old town and the waterfront. Howard also was very helpful with recommendations on local events and places to visit. There was a nice big tv to enjoy in the evening, the kitchen was equipped and there was a nice little deck area outside. Bed was comfortable and everything sparkling clean. I would stay here again!

Great place. Great host. Immediately responsive to our minor questions. When we return to Eureka, this will be the first place we'll look to stay.

First off it is a cottage so it's exactly like the pictures showed - small. It was comfortable and it literally had everything we needed. The cottage seemed like it was a relatively new renovation as it was exquisitely clean and nothing was worn. Furniture, linens, cookware etc was all in very good shape. The outside was really nice - lots of flowering bushes and little courtyards. The location is in a modest neighborhood with old homes about a mile from the historic downtown. Bottom line - it exceeded our expectations, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Such a beautiful little home. Centrally located to the things we wanted to do and the places we wanted to go. We were able to cozy up as a family at night while exploring the area during the day. Would definitely stay again.
