Great location near shops and beaches! Separate apartment 380 sq ft. Private walkway, small deck area, large backyard with fire pit. The main room has a queen bed, and a futon couch, TV with ROKU, small kitchen with microwave, small oven and hot plate, table seats 4 comfortably. Designated parking! Full bathroom, place to hang garments, suitcase stand and a walk-in rain shower with separate hand held wand. Also a few miles from Mayfaire Shopping Center, Airlie Gardens and other attractions.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

I felt safe and the place was clean, well stocked with enough of what was needed and easy to get around. The location was great to get in and out of town. The Airbnb met our expectations perfectly! The price is economical and Devon does a great job describing the place. If you’re disappointed then you didn’t read what she wrote. The place was so clean, quiet, and very cool music posters. The host has great taste. Overall enjoyed the stay. Great place to sleep after spending all day at the beach.
