Steph's Cozy Apartment -newly renovated

Our newly renovated apartment has all you need to enjoy a nice trip to south Louisiana. Kitchen and bath is equipped with pots, pans, spices, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and even light breakfast items. Bath has all towels and toiletries available for use. Our apartment is located upstairs above our carport but has its own private entrance along with own air conditioner/heating system. Our place will sleep 5 comfortably. We offer an Ice Machine to help with those fishing trips and local travels.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a half bath. One room has a Queen/Twin bunk bed. One has a daybed with a trundle, allowing beds for 2/3 in each room. This original cajun style shotgun home is located on Belle River in Pierre Part, LA. It's on 70' of beautiful water front property and is approximately 200' deep. It's down a private road in a quiet area surrounded by other camps. It's a great place to stay, very peaceful, relaxing and quiet outside. Has all the amenities of home. I deal with all my guests directly since I am always close by.

Private Guest Suite in an add-on to a private family home occupied by a gay couple in their 40s. Suite has its own exterior private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The charming brick cottage is located on a fenced-in property on a busy street. There are extensive gardens with two large greenhouses and lush garden areas in the back. Trusted volunteers will come work in the garden some days.
