Vacation rentals with a patio in Bayonet Point

Perfect place for an individual or couple. Very clean and well thought out. Nice neighborhood with parks and bike trails nearby. I could bike to my mom’s on just the bike trails. The host is very friendly and helpful. And the neighborhood has wild peacocks that are fun to watch.

My husband and I went for a 2 day concert and this place was perfect for what we needed. quiet, we were able to sleep well. very clean. I would absolutely book again.

I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

One of my favorite stays in the area. It's peaceful, clean, and dhad everything you will need to have a comfortable stay. They have added certain amenities that make your stay here so great as they continue to be amazing hosts. As long as I can book this location when available I will continue to do so.

Nemely's place was one of the cleanest places my husband & I stayed at. Everything in the place appeared to be new. Its located very close to downtown New Port Richey with lots of restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend it to family or friends that are visiting this area.

Loved this area and how peaceful it is. This neighborhood itself is adorable with a friendly safe welcoming vibe. The neighbors are awesome, super friendly and helpful. The house was great very comfortable and relaxing stay. Very clean and smelled great. The weather was perfect and we were in the backyard most of the time. Haven’t seen my kids off electronics like this in forever. They had so much fun fishing off the dock and playing corn hole. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and watching the sunset with the kids. Kayaking was great to watch the sunset as well. There were a few minor mishaps (things that just happen) but the owners were quick to respond and offer a solution to any issue we had. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family that want a more lowkey beach vacation.

My family and I had an amazing time at this place, the location near the three main attractions we wanted to see was perfect, under an hour drive to Busch gardens, Clearwater Beach, and right down the block from weeki wachee. The additional amenities at the place were perfect, with our impromptu visit to the beach, having access to a umbrella, beach chairs and a wagon was perfect. Obviously the kids loved having the pool! There is also lots of bird watching. The only downfall which is out of his control, is how busy the street is out front with many cars traveling down it very fast, just something to be aware of with little ones.

WELL DONE! Although it wasn’t on the greatest street, the serene back yard made up for it. The house was spotless and presented newer appliances, furniture and flooring. Many unexpected amenities were included and greatly appreciated. The codes were intuitive and obviously changed for each guest, so you felt very safe. Linens were of high quality and everything about the house was comfortable. Thank you for a great stay! I will make this my preferred place to stay when I visit my family!! See you again soon.

We so enjoyed this home.....we felt at home...safe and the area was peaceful....We relaxed in the family room , on the screen in patio or outside in one of the 2 seating areas. The bedrooms were large, the beds comfortable and each room A.C. could be controlled for each occupants comfort. We will definitely seek out this residence again!

Jim was a great Host. Meet me at the unit went over features of the unit made sure we knew where to find the Internet code, door lock code and how to reach him if we had any questions. Look forward to rent from Jim again.

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

Even better in person than the photos. Was blown away at theming. Great communication throughout. Very convenient location for event and awesome views.

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

Great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and some local restaurants. The Coconut Charlie Tiki bar was 200 feet away. Great food. Good drinks. I would definitely stay there again. You The only negative a TV upgrade is needed for something much bigger.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

home was very clean, perfect space for my family and I. The AC was out the first night/day but was fixed in a very timely manner. The host responded very quickly and fixed the ac later the first day
