The Cottage at Fallow Heathcote

Beautiful romantic retreat set on a three acre native garden. Fully self contained cottage, large and open plan. The French doors and large windows allow a strong connection to nature. Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Redesdale is a wonderful little country town with everything you need at hand to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. A,cafe, a pub and a general store all in walking distance from the cottage. The cottage is lovely and light filled, charmingly decorated with modern conviniences. Beautiful views of the surrounding area and friendly locals to offer advice and great food if you choose to eat at their venues. This place is a gem and just a short drive from Melbourne.

The newly restored cabin includes modern kitchen facilities(full sized fridge/ oven/ cooktop/ espresso coffee machine), indoor wood fire, split system heating / cooling, outdoor camp fire, BBQ. Just over an 1 hour from Melbourne, 20 mins from Kyneton, 15mins from Lancefield.

Peaceful and private space

Comfortable, clean, cosy, peaceful and self-contained one room studio/cabin. Riddells Creek is a quiet small town in lovely surrounding countryside and views of the Macedon Ranges. Close to well-known tourist areas. PLEASE NOTE: I have set a 2 night minimum stay and this is what i prefer. However in special circumstances i will consider a 1 night booking if necessary, for some reason - send me a message to discuss it.
