Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at Nelida’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The pool made it even more special. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. They even kept in touch throughout to make sure we had gotten there safe and that everything was ok. The location was perfect for the relaxing getaway for our friend group, with easy access to our planned event. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’m not even sure where to begin when it comes to describing Hilda — outstanding, amazing, and genuinely caring. What truly sets one host apart from another is customer service, and Hilda excels in that area. She doesn’t just host; she truly cares about your stay and goes out of her way to make it exceptional. Here are just two examples. Beyond offering a beautiful and comfortable home, she had snacks readily available — a thoughtful touch that my grandkids absolutely loved. And when one of the kids accidentally left behind a small souvenir baseball bat, Hilda not only notified me right away, but she also offered to ship it back to Texas at no cost. That’s the kind of host you get when you stay at her place. If the opportunity arises, I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much, Hilda — your kindness made our trip extra special.

This place is the definition on glamping! Beautiful view, peaceful and a great place to connect with your partner. The photos are very accurate to what the spot looks like. It’s exactly what my husband and I were looking for and couldn’t be happier with our stay. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early with no additional cost, which was amazing. We didn’t have hot water at first but messaged the host and it was resolved quickly. We had no issues at all and will be booking Stellitas Rooms in the future. This is the second time my family and I stay with Evette, and not unlike the first time around, Evette made sure we felt right at home. Cerca del alojamiento había todo tipo de comercio: comida, restaurantes, farmacia, entretenimiento, distintos centros comerciales. La anfitriona contestaba rápido y muy amable. Con gusto podríamos volver.

Joan’s listing was fantastic, located in a very central location with quick access to expressways to travel around the island. The apartment itself was so cozy, Joan has really made sure to cover all your needs from two great AC units and additional fans, to even an ice making machine and coolers to make sure you’re ready to go to the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and of course the place was very very clean, we didn’t see a single bug once around the property even. I would highly recommend staying here!

This place was perfect. it was a valentine weekend getaway. the place was clean smelled clean linen clean. located in a great area. I walked to Walmart and there were a lot of restaurants & movie theater located near by. it was a quite neighborhood and I enjoyed not being with a lot of tourists. I would stay here again.

Overall a great place to stay!! This is around 30 minutes from SJU and has a lot of local food spots and shopping centers. House was hard to find at first but after the first night it was smooth sailing. Hosts were very responsive and very informative. The only "down side" (that did not affect the stay or sleep) would be the upstairs neighbors dog. They were constantly barking at us from the upstairs balcony and trying to run towards us from time to time, but nothing crazy. House is very cozy and inside a neighborhood that minds their business. I will definitely be recommending and staying again soon.

It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

Great place if you need something inexpensive right by the convention center! I was here for a conference and this place was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the convention center, it was amazing being able to get over so quickly. Also less than an hour walk to many popular places in San Juan, I enjoyed walking/running to take a dip at Escambron a couple of mornings. I didn't have any issues in the area directly surrounding the airbnb, and felt pretty safe overall. The place was spotless, though as some other reviewers have mentioned there wasn't any hot water (only got lukewarm), and without the AC on at night the traffic sounds were pretty loud. Overall though, those were small issues that weren't a big deal and easily fixed/outweighed by the positives of this place.

Alejandro was a wonderful host and extremely responsive to any and all questions/requests. His apartment was very nicely remodeled and cozy. The location is great as it is close to many of the must see’s of Puerto Rico which made it very easy for us to get around. I highly recommend anyone traveling to San Juan to stay here as you will not be disappointed. We hope to be back soon!
