This house was very nice and private, everything worked well, we didn’t have to wipe things down when we got there, hosts are super nice and very helpful. Overall had a beautiful experience, will definitely book again!!

Honestly, this Airbnb was amazing! Super clean from top to bottom. The house is totally up to date with modern appliances, nice furniture, and comfy beds. The washer and dryer was such a nice add on! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Pots, pans, utensils, even spices and oil, which was a nice surprise. There was a coffee maker with coffee and filters ready to go, and plenty of dishes and glasses. The bathrooms had lots of towels, extra toiletries, and even a hair dryer. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. It honestly felt like home and not just a rental. You can tell the host really thought of everything. I’d 100% stay here again such a relaxing, easy experience from check-in to check-out!

This house was simply amazing. Super clean and comfortable. It’s in a perfect area. We were very pleased with this stay and think we have found OUR PLACE when we go back. If I could give 100 stars I would. AMAZING! WE WILL BE BACK VERY SOON.

A very comfortable place in a typical Puerto Rican barrio (neighborhood) The room was quiet, with the exception of the AC (I sleep with ear plugs so it wasn’t really a bother) I chose this place because it was close to family. This place is a hidden gem when I go back to visit I’ll stay here again

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

Great host, house was just like in the pictures nice and clean. it's my second time staying there definitely not my last it's my go to every time I go to Puerto Rico. The location is great close to many stores and restaurants. highly recommended

Felt just like home! Good location, the neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. Even though we were on the first floor we still had so much privacy in our balcony. Jennifer was an amazing host, very polite and communicative. We really appreciated her. Great stay for the price!

Thank you for a great stay! It was all that I needed and more. Peaceful with all amenities and then some. You have done an excellent job at thinking of every detail to make guests feel right at home. And I did. Bed was comfortable. I felt safe. Love the seating area outside for morning breakfast especially. Enjoyed the peace and privacy. To confirm, there is hot water and I enjoyed the hot shower. Helpful note given by host, let the water run for a few minutes so it can warm up. It’s like a 5 min warm up. The home is less than 5 min from a main mall, Plaza del Sol so you have many food and shopping options and attraction, like Parque de Las Ciencias nearby. It’s also just about 15 min to San Juan area. The host was so helpful, pleasant, and readily available to answer questions. I would definitely choose to stay there again! Thank you!

Definitely I would stay again. The place it’s so clean , comfortable to my kids and I , safe, and close to everything. We’re feel like a home. Nitza she was very communicative with everything, and she ask me if we’re made it safe back home, so sweet

We had a wonderful stay. The hosting team was very attentive. They really made it feel at home. Our unit included all must have/needs like towels, utensils,plates and cups, hygiene products, even beach toys for the kids and sunscreen for the whole family. Theres a washer and dryer unit below where we stayed and easy to access. Stand by concierge is just one tap away. Recommend 10/10 VERY CLEAN!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

This stay was by far one of my best experiences staying at an air bnb. The location was such an immersive experience right by beautiful land marks and amazing food as well as really fun night life. The property itself was so charming & extremely well kept. Omar was very helpful and accommodating with anything I needed during my stay! Will definitely come back time and time again!

Great place! Easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Super clean, nice view from balcony, and simple instructions to get inside building. No complaints definitely recommend!!

Carol’s place was beautiful. The inside was spotless and smelled clean. The view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony was amazing. Carol was very accommodating and provided multiple suggestions, including activities and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

Staying at Margarita's Oceanfront Paradise at Kikita's Beach was truly a dream come true! Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with ocean views was a highlight of each day. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, blending beachy charm with comfort and modern touches. Margarita went above and beyond as a host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and full of recommendations that made our stay even more special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests' experience. The location is unbeatable — close to everything!!!
