La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y muchos extras para divertirse: billar, TV en todas las áreas, mesa de dominos, juegos de mesa, ir de pesca, caminar, relajarse en el jacuzzi con agua caliente y escuchar música. We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Apt is located in a secure place with view to the gulf course and sea which helps with relaxing. Definitely recommend. Details instructions were also given which made the check in easy.

You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly walkable. The area is full of great restaurants, so dining out was a breeze and enjoyable. Plus, having beach access right nearby was a huge plus — we enjoyed spending time relaxing by the ocean. The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

Love the place! Great location, great space, clean and modern. The AC was fantastic. Very private and peaceful. I used to live in Old San Juan and I know it can get noise at night, and here, didn’t hear anything. My kids said the sofa bed was so comfortable. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

We had a great stay overall — the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the AC leaking, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the check-in experience. The listed phone number was incorrect, making it more difficult to get in touch than necessary. A more proactive approach or updated contact info would have made arrival smoother for our group. Otherwise, everything was great and we’d still recommend the stay!

My stay at La Botanica Hotel was simply amazing. The atmosphere there is very calming. Upon entering nto the space with beautiful greenery and sounds of wind chimes, one is transported to an oasis, in the middle of the city. The team members are all very amiable and willing to answer what ever questions I may have had. The room was basic but very comfortable with everything necessary including beach towels, beach mat and cooler bag. I looked forward to the morning yoga practices followed by a vegan breakfast…..the food was definitely a high point with such presentation, flavour and variety! The chefs are awesome, make sure you have Solange’s mole made with pure love! The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and the water was very warm and enticing.. La Botánica is the perfect unpretentious spot for a reset of mind, body and soul.

Nilda was an exceptional host. It was just my husband and I and the apartment was perfect for two guests. She was very responsive and was kind enough to let us know some details regarding construction near by and conditions of the building. Very clear instructions and directions for check in and check out. Everything you would need but might forget when you’re on vacation is provided with this Airbnb. We arrived 5 hours prior to our check in time and she let us check in early which was very helpful. Also provided us with the option of checking out late to help accommodate with our departure, although we still left at check out time it was very thoughtful of her. I’d book her Airbnb again.

Beautiful and spacious house in a really excellent location. It's a central, walkable neighborhood, but not as touristy as the adjacent Condado. Perfectly comfortable in the mid-day heat with the AC units in the living room and each bedroom. Great food and culture options nearby, and a show 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to great urban beaches. The only issue we had on our stay was that some of the windows do not have glass - only storm shutters and screens - and there were some loud noises which kept us up in the night (loud stereo systems, revving cars, and the tiny but shockingly loud Coqui frog which parked right below one of the windows).

The unit is in a fantastic neighborhood, a block from the beach and near many stores. Check-in with the security guard was easy, though we had brief trouble with the lock. The apartment is very clean, thoughtfully furnished and well-stocked with essentials like soaps, extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchenware. It has two A/C units, a fan/air purifier, a comfy bed and couch, great natural light, blackout curtains, and a balcony with an amazing view. The toilet handle is delicate but works fine. We saw one small roach behind the kitchen faucet toward the end of our stay, which Xavier acknowledged—routine maintenance is in place. Parking, pool access, and trash disposal were convenient. Overall, a great stay!

I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was incredibly clean and thoughtfully prepared. I really appreciated the personal touches. There were hair ties, cotton balls, floss, and Q-tips in the bathroom, which made it feel like home. The bed linens were fresh and spotless, and both bedrooms were tidy and well organized. The bathrooms were also exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, including seasonings, coffee, and sugar. To top it off, there was water and pop waiting in the fridge, which was such a kind and generous detail. Overall, this was a very comfortable and well cared for space. I would definitely stay here again.

Cesar was an excellent host. He was especially friendly and communicated well. I am very happy we stayed here while we went to Puerto Rico. The view was beautiful and the interior was excellent. Will definitely stay here when we do come back!

Eva’s was in a prime location with lots of options for dinner and entertainment. The high speed internet helped me remain connected to work. The place was super clean with all of the features one need during a beach vacation. The price was super affordable for the area. Will be back.

Overall my family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒🧑‍🧑‍🧒and I loved 😍 this place! With 4 bedrooms 🛏️, 4 bathrooms🛁 and multiple sitting areas 🛋️; it offered a vast amount of space for my family of 6. Upgrades are visible throughout the property. However, The kitchen is due for an upgrade as well. The patio and pool🏊🏽‍♀️ are amazing!! It’s spacious with the best outdoor amenities one could ask for. The outdoor bathroom, sink 🚰and laundry 🧺room were very useful and a plus for our stay. The security🚨 protocols made us feel safe in this beautiful neighborhood. Fast food, supermarkets, beaches and restaurants were very close by. We rented vehicles but I don’t think it’s an absolute must if you want to stay in this area. During the power outage Scott was responsive (during our entire stay). Although there wasn’t a generator, bright lamps 🔦were available. Thankfully the power was restored within 24 hours 🙌🏾.
