The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. A Juliet balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms overlooks the huge double lot fenced in back yard. Only one bathroom on 2nd floor. All bedrooms on 2nd floor.

The Court House is a beautiful little home in a central location. It is close to everything that Saginaw has to offer. The 3 bed 1 bath home is close to shopping, several points of interest, dining as well as the two hospitals.
