Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bay Pines

This home was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Charlie was responsive and provide incredible recommendations anytime we asked. The yard was private and secure and the neighborhood was quiet. The home has everything we needed! We didn't have to travel more than 30 minutes to beaches, delicious restaurants and ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful place and incredible host! Place was extremely clean and cozy, only thing is that there was no soap and shampoo on bathrooms. But other than that everything was amazing, I recommend this place and this host.

This was the perfect location for our family. We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The place was clean and well stocked. Would love to come back.

Overall our stay was great! Jeff was very responsive, and left us a lot of recommendations for local restaurants. The house was very clean and the pictures accurately reflected how to house looked. The only downsides were the large bugs that somehow got in the home. There were 3 occasions this happend but they seemed harmless. The net around the pool had a tear in it allowing spiders and lizards inside of the pool area but they stayed around the outside of the pool so we could avoid them.

my husband and I took our 3 kids here for memorial day weekend. the house in a nice quiet and clean neighborhood which we loved. we only had one problem when we arrived which was the AC was out and in Florida that can be a huge problem. but we let the host know right away and they called someone to fix it. we cooled off in their beautiful pool until it was fixed and before we went to bed we had a cool house. so thank you for your prompt response in getting that fixed. other than that the house is truly a gem. very clean, great amenities and the guidebook was a wonderful addition! my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the place is very spacious where we had our room. they pretty much had everything you could think of product wise so we didn't need to get much for our stay. we are from Florida but we don't visit Tampa often but this is a place we know we will come to visit again for sure!!! thank you Aaron and Sophie for making my family vacay and wonderful one!!

I loved the apartment very well equipped for everything you need to cook. The apartment has an amazing view, location is great, close to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. I loved it!

We absolutely loved this space! We do an annual girls trip to Florida and we were so incredibly happy with the house, layout, amenities, cleanliness and location. Instructions were clear and posting is exactly as described. Can walk to everything in Clearwater from here. We cannot wait to go back!!

This is our second time staying at this house, but our first time in the second floor unit and it was even better than our first stay. Extremely close to the beach and John’s Pass. The actual condo was super clean, comfortable, and accessible. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back again soon.

We absolutely love staying at this property! It is our third time booking. The cottage is always impeccably clean and in a very safe area. It is stocked with everything you need. We love Coral Cottage! And Barbara is very friendly and so responsive. Dunedin is an amazing, quaint little town with so many wonderful food choices. Cafe' Alfresco is our personal favorite. Barbara's cottage is just a couple blocks from downtown Dunedin and only a 15 minute drive to Honeymoon Island State Park or Clearwater beach. I always pick up a piece of jewelry as a memento when we go on a trip. Just kitty-corner from the Airbnb is a charming jewelry store filled with beautiful, unique pieces that are reasonably priced. Romantique Jewelers. Just ask for Kimber, she's a doll! Don't hesitate to book this property for your next trip!!!

We stayed at this wonderful home for my daughter’s graduation from Eckerd College, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is unbeatable—literally right across the street from the Eckerd College, which made everything so convenient. The house itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and such a relaxing space for our family to enjoy some downtime. Nan, our host, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel so welcome, and by the end of our stay, I truly felt like I had made a friend. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Eckerd or looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay in the St. Pete area!

Anne Marie’s place was amazing! We were in unit #4. It was an end unit with lots of windows with perfect roll up shades. There’s no way to describe how close you are to the beach. The parking is right at the door and we loved that since my husband is disabled. Supplies were plentiful. There were beach chairs and beach towels for our use. Highly recommend the Beach Chill Inn for a quiet and peaceful stay on Madeira Beach! You will be pleased with this location. Close to John’s Pass and less than 30 minute drive to Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.

Nice place that is close to downtown area. It is walkable to stores and restaurants. The place is clean and provides a good stay for those that are looking for a non-luxury place to stay that is welcoming, affordable and has everything you need. It is tucked away on an alley which makes it quiet as well. There is ample parking space.

This adorable bungalow was perfect for a long weekend getaway! They have all of the amenities, it is centrally located, it's clean, and they communicated very well. I will definitely come again and recommend your place!!

We recently wrapped up an AMAZING stay at The Lobster Beach Bungalow. Everything was as described- charming ‘old Florida’ feel and close proximity to the beach (50 steps). It felt like a miniature resort. We got to meet other vacationers staying at the other bungalows, which was pretty cool. We were even able to enjoy the pool on a day where the gulf waters were a little rougher. There are a lot of eateries within walking distance. We tried a different coffee shop every morning- yum! The bungalow itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen had we could have desired should we have decided to eat in. Too many yummy local eateries for that for us though! We also loved being able to have our fur babies with us, as no vacation is complete without our whole family. We look forward to returning next year with some extended family to experience this peaceful paradise. Thank you, Liz, for creating a place that feels like home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay here! It was very close to everything we wanted to do and their hospitality was phenomenal. We hope to come back and stay again sometime!

Excellent beach place! Very spacious and quiet and clean! Easy access to the beach and the pool was an added bonus! Host has everything you would need for a great beach getaway!! Fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and beach toys. Even equipped with beach towels. Great location for a little quiet but close to many restaurants and bars. While a staycation for us since my own beach home was destroyed by Hurricane Helene, this was a perfect place to feel right at home.

being 7 months pregnant this place was perfect for a quick baby moon! the beach is just a walk across the street, plenty of restaurants less than a 5 minute drive and had everything we needed for the beach as well.

We were looking for a quick family vacation at the Gulf of America and we found this little gem at Indian Rocks Beach. The location was perfect and only 30 min from the airport. With all equipment provided to be at the beach and only a short walk across the street, it was just what we needed. There's a cool little ice cream and sandwich shop right across the street Kooky Coconuts offering the best Cuban sandwich in Florida and great ice-cream. Sleeps 4 comfortably and has a great tiki bar in the back. If your looking for relaxation, great restaurants and beach, this is the place. Owners are awesome and where always available if we needed anything. Definitely will be back!

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

Kenneth’s place is a true gem. Perfect location, amazing surroundings, quiet and safe. The pool area was so serene and inviting, such a lovely little oasis. Kenneth was friendly and available, such a great host. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay! The hosts were great at communicating with us. Very clear instructions. Place was just like the photos. Very enjoyable stay!

Due to the hurricanes there was still some work going on at the Condo and on the beach. We completely understood and knew this might be the case coming in. Our goal was to relax and unwind and that is what we did! We loved the location - the ocean view from the deck and the short walk to the beach. The bed was relatively comfortable - not too hard. There were plenty of things in the kitchen to make using it easy. We walked and hung out on the beach a lot which was our plan. The pool is small but was nice. There are restaurants and stores within relatively close driving distance. When we had a question everyone was quick to get back to us. Overall a truly wonderful experience!
