The apartment/loft in the same stay has a bedroom with a bed of 1, 50 and living room with Italian-style sofa bed also 1.50 (very comfortable). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (microwave, toaster, dishwasher, dishwasher, oven.. A/A/C, a ceiling fan, and wifi. The apartment is very well located, has the independent entrance of the building and is close to highway exit and 3/4 minute drive to Camposoto beach.

Disfruta de la sencillez y elegancia de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico. El apartamento ocupa parte de la planta baja de nuestra casa de huéspedes, tiene entrada directa desde el patio y disfruta de dos enormes ventanas, lo que lo hace muy luminoso todo el año. Se trata de un mini loft con una mini cocina, una zona de estar y dormitorio todo en uno. Dispone armarios, TV, baño privado, WIFI y por supuesto si lo deseas, puedes utilizar el patio de nuestra casa. No se hace limpieza diaria.

Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
