Villa vacation rentals in Bay of Biscay

We were there as a family for almost two weeks. The place is just as great as shown in the pictures. The surroundings are very nice and quiet, the beach is nearby and beautiful. Larger supermarkets are easily accessible by car. The surroundings are very quiet and you can hear the sea. The amenities in the house are excellent, clean and very comprehensive and there is plenty to discover for children. Communication was very quick if you had questions and the hosts are very courteous with positive communication. Overall, I can only recommend the stay, the stay was 11 out of 10.

Rosemary from Groom concierge was available, responsive and attentive which made our stay very enjoyable. Quality accommodation both in the layout and in the amenities. And close to the sea and shops within walking distance.

Very nice and quiet house close to great shops and restaurants and only a minute or two to the harbour and beach. The hosts were excellent in their communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great home, unique, furnished with the need for a traveler with no clatter, a trap that most host fall in. What We did not appreciate though is that pillowcases, bedsheets and towels are not provided. Which is no big deal for travelers from France, they can take those items with them easily from home, but from us coming from Texas and limiting ourselves to carry on luggage only, as the luggage lost incidents are nowadays frequent and can ruin one’s trip, we are not going to bring those items with us. So we had to do without. I thought that Hugues could be understanding of this issues and provide guests coming from fairway with the necessary bedsheets, pillow case and towels. It was not cool doing without.

Very nice location in a neighborhood close to downtown and its restaurants, ice cream parlors, oyster bars etc... but in small one-way streets with little traffic. We are also 2 steps from Platin beach and not too far from Bureau beach. The pool is heated to 28° and has no neighbors opposite, it is perfect for resting and for children to play between 2 trips to the beach. Beautiful west-facing terrace for lunch (large electric awning) and evening meals. Gas BBQ on site.

We just had a very successful stay in this very pretty house in Portes en Ré. We were 9 adults and 2 children (ages 7 and 8). The house is furnished with great comfort and high-quality services. We loved cooking in its beautiful, ultra-functional open space for the 11 of us. Lots of space towards very comfortable rooms well equipped with bathrooms. And especially an independent space for us parents who invite our children. Another summer dining room with large plancha and of course the beautiful heated pool in the very pretty garden with designer furniture. Finally, the children were able to enjoy the pétanque and the basketball court when returning from their walks. The joy of being with family in this great house.

Classic house from the outside and very modern inside.. great decor and beautiful layout.. the view from the house and the garden are amazing.. can’t get enough of it! So peaceful and so relaxing.

We had an amazing stay in Archik’s place. The house, amenities, equipment, location and environment are simply wonderful. I highly recommend this rental and will most likely re-rent it again in the future. Thank you for the fantastic moments we had in the place.

This house is beautiful. There's nothing missing from the kitchen to cook. The bedding is very good. We had a wonderful time in this house ideally located on the island. We would have liked the check-in and check-out times to be more flexible.

The villa exceeded our expectations having looked at the pictures on Airbnb. It had plenty of space and was spotlessly clean (downstairs toilet had a urinal which smelt towards the end). It was equipped with everything we needed and the hosts also left us some goodies. It wasn’t very warm during our stay but the heated pool was enjoyed by all along with the living room with a huge TV! The villa seemed very private which made it quite hard to locate initially. There were several supermarkets nearby which were great for bbq food and we enjoyed eating outside in the heated dining space. We had four kids aged 4-10 and found we could get to most places within an hours drive. The car was needed as there wasn’t much entertainment around the villa. We travelled to a couple of very nice beaches and went to the zoo which was great. Unfortunately the waterpark and amusement park were closed due to the time of the year but would have been good for the kids. Thank you for a great stay.

We were 3 sets of friends, 6 people in total from the Netherlands and Thailand meeting in Santander for a reunion and all of us just loved the villa. The weather wasn’t great but the house was welcoming and very well set up. Kitchen had everything you needed to entertain a large group of people and the rooms were clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved our stay and the only regret is that we didn’t have more time to spend in this lovely villa! We are already talking about our next visit!!

Very nice, cozy, bright villa. The pool is a real pleasure. Very well maintained outdoor area. Time for sharing with the petanque court. Our stay in villa Haitza exceeded our expectations. The place is airy, beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the the swimming pool and verandas, loved the kitchen and living area. The beds are very comfortable with high quality bedding. The surrounding area is charming and very walkable. The entire stay in Arcachon area was the highlight of our entire trip in France. Jennyfer is a wonderful host. The communication with her was easy, her suggestions were very helpful and detailed. I can come back to this place with my eyes close. Highly recommend this accommodation - we will definitely be back when we are next time in Arcachon area.

Perfect stay in a magical place

Great stay in this amazing house, in a great location.

We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

We fell in love with Laura's house in Peaule. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, beautiful amenities and above all a beautiful pool. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a great time in this beautiful region of Morbihan. Thanks to Laura for her kindness and availability.

Very nice place, pristine, clean and cute decor -ideal for 4 people and max two children. 6 adults would be a little cramped. Very good for people with reduced mobility (this was our case). Quiet and relaxing environment, friendly neighbors (there is a little opposite the accommodation being new and therefore the plantations too). Excellent communication with Stéphanie very responsive and available. Pool of a nice size, but too cold, if really heated it would really have to increase the temperature- it was the only thing that made me put one star less at value. Otherwise, thank you for this beautiful holiday.
