Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

Small equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa, TV & sound bar, bathroom with closed toilet + hot outdoor shower! Covered terrace 30 m2 south side, table and rest in the middle of the bamboo!!

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

La Forge du Curé, nature and authenticity

Located in the outbuildings of a former presbytery, the Forge du Curé welcomes you in peace, not far from the Sèvre. The fully independent accommodation consists of a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living area with sofa bed and TV. From there, 5 steps down to a hallway with workspace, which serves the bedroom and bathroom. Sheets and towels are provided. We cannot accept parties or events in the Airbnb.

In your accommodation, everything is designed so that you can make yourself at home (good bedding, equipped kitchen, large bathroom) shops 800 m away. Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
