Very pleasant stay in a clean and functional apartment, great location and magnificent view, very nice and responsive host. I recommend the place, very nice landscapes, lots of activities to do. The ocean air is invigorating and soothing at the same time.

Great stay! The apartment is modern, well arranged, well furnished (comfortable bedding, washing machine...) and well equipped (coffee maker, toaster...). The host is very available. He provides shower gel, coffee, cakes... There is nothing missing to have a good time. The views are fantastic! The place is quiet and peaceful. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding activities. On the other hand, access to the apartment has several stairs. First of all, parking is in the street, you have to go down a staircase to get to the entrance of the building and then go up 3 floors (no elevator) Anyway, I would recommend this listing! We loved our stay at this flat. Spent four nights and it was extremely comfortable with an incredible view- my husband and I loved sitting on the balcony each evening watching the surfers. Highly recommend staying in Gros- it feels more local and was super quiet at night. Plus an easy walk into old town. Wish we could have stayed longer! Hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly.

The apartment is lovely and spacious with a good size comfortable bed. A lot of thought has gone into making the apartment perfect and it is spotlessly clean. Ana Maria and Juan were extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Kind and helpful host. He adapted to our check-in and check-out times which helped us a lot. The apartment is very nice. Nice decoration and location close to the city center.

Awesome stay A true haven of peace

What a wonderful place to stay a few days. The house has been designed, developed and decorated by the hostess herself. Fully equipped and very well insulated, with spacious rooms and good beds. The WiFi is excellent, TV equipped with all apps, we lacked nothing. Safe and private parking within the walls was also convenient. Sheila is a great host and lives nearby. In short, super!!

Exceptional location and views, facing the ocean , the view from the bed will remain memorable! The house is well-equipped and well furnished, the heated pool is a plus even if it is small. The price is high but the equipment of the house and the view can justify this price, only note for this price sheets and towels could be included and not extra. The studio on the other hand in the extension of the garage smells of humidity, a vmc would be very useful!!

Julien was very responsive, very present, while being discreet. very pleasant apartment, magnificent view of the Bassin d 'Arcachon. a few minutes walk from all amenities as well as the pier from where the boats leave for Cap Ferret/Île aux oiseaux etc... secure private parking, well appreciated. we loved everything about our stay! thank you Julien it was perfect :)

Ideal for relaxing by the sea. The apartment is very well-equipped. Long beach at the bottom of the building and city center within walking distance. It was perfect.

Many thanks to Antoine for hosting us, and for his tips to make our stay enjoyable. He recommended the hut next to the accommodation to taste the oysters, we recommend it, book before you go. If you want to go to the Dune du Pilat, go by bus, simpler and more practical.

We had a lovely stay, with our 3-month-old son and our dog. The accommodation is really a stone's throw from the ocean, and close to beach shops (shops, bars, restaurants, etc...) which we really liked. Nathalie is very responsive: we thank her for the speed of these responses to the message. Small accommodation, but has everything you need when you leave for a few days of change of scenery. We would 100% recommend
