Lake cottage with associated jetty and private wood-fired sauna with direct access to Lake Naten. Outdoor kitchen under roof and small beach available. 1 hour from Stockholm. Here you live in the middle of lush nature, right on top of the water, in peace and quiet. The lake connects with a river to the Båven nature reserve, we provide a canoe. Good fishing. The cottage is simple, here it is bohemian life that applies. Back to basics! :) Drinking water is provided. Dry toilet with separate toilet is available. Outdoor shower for rinsing is available. Electric refrigerator and Wi-Fi are available.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Här kan du bo helt utan störande ljud av trafik osv. Njut istället av ljudet av naturen. Räkna med att det landar fåglar precis framför er i vattnet och naturen ger sitt otvetydliga avtryck. En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Varmt välkommen till Lill-stugan. Här har du skogen och de vilda djuren inpå knutarna. Titta ut genom fönstret och kanske ser du några hjortar som går och betar. På sommaren är det får och lamm precis intill stugan som går i sina hagar. Intill stugan ligger vår egen lilla sjö. Låna roddbåten och ro ut en sväng. Fixa grillning nere vid sjöstugan. Promenera i skogen. Åk till Kvarnsjön och bada ca 1 km från stugan.

Bright apartment on rural farm

Stay among the fields in this bright apartment on a rural farm. In a converted barn is this open apartment with large windows and views of a horse pasture. On the entrance level, there is a kitchenette and bathroom. We are a family with two children who live on the farm. We have a dog and a cat (they walk freely on the property). We don't have any other animals, but next to our property is a horse farm.
