Excellent location, apartment faithful to the photos and well-equipped. Close to the city center and sea view with the beach 50m away. Great stay for us. The only downside but we expected it was that the avenue is very noisy with the passage of cars. We can't have everything! We recommend it!

The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, in which we will not hesitate to return if possible.

A gem of a bright apartment, very pleasant to stay in, quiet in the heart of Le Croisic, where you can hear mainly seagulls and gulls! A good place to land, and stay when the sky is crying with heavy rain! A place where you can come back to with pleasure after a walk in the area, so beautiful. Only precaution that has nothing to do with the hosts and the apartment itself: the steps of the access staircase are high, be careful if you have fragile knees or hips. A very warm exchange with Camille and Rémy, in the initial spirit of Air Bnb? Keep this place a secret, so you can go back whenever you want!

We had a great time with the family in this beautiful modern villa, super equipped and comfortable with high-end services and finishes. This villa is very well located in a quiet and residential area, just a few steps from the beach. Everything is as described. Thanks so much to Audrey for making sure the pool was well heated. We'll be happy to go back on a future occasion. On the way back we visited Puy du Fou for 2 days and stayed in the beautiful Hotel du Parc de Landreau in Les Herbiers.

We had a pleasant weekend at Philippe's. The location of the house is ideal, everything can be done on foot or by bike. House in a quiet neighborhood Ideal for 8 adults and 2 children. Nice welcome from Gildas. Philippe is easily reachable and very responsive in the event of any problems. Very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is in a great location, very comfortable and cozy. Great job on the beautiful decor! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. We'll be happy to go back, that's for sure.

Fantastic, modern, well thought out, clean and super well-equipped place, it feels good immediately. The sea is a stone's throw away with direct beach access, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to pick up shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up to a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. Communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! There is therefore a personal handover of the keys. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀

A beautiful rental that gives access to the beach in minutes. The center of Le Croisic is accessible in 10 minutes. Great location. Functional and quiet, the accommodation matches the description and sleeps 5 people. However: it lacks the essentials for cooking contrary to what the listing mentions. In addition, the cushions are not comfortable. Please note: the rooms have no windows.
