In addition, the building offers spacious common areas. 1 large living and dining room with open fireplace. 1 small lounge. 1 large kitchen, library, 1 sauna, 1 jacuzzi (use costs an additional €150).

Our farm is located on the edge of the small village of Berghausen in the Wittgensteiner Land. The nearby Rothaarsteig offers great hiking opportunities. In Winterberg, 20 km away, you will find sports and leisure activities in summer and winter. The apartment has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A travel crib is available for toddlers.

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between Burgwald and Kellerwald. The garden was laid out by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful trips to Marburg or the nearby Edersee from here. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You can also start tours with our bicycles or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.
