Ann and Pam were very responsive to all of our needs while staying in the Withrow House. This house is an amazing property with charming interior amenities and decor across from her horse ranch in a secluded hollow with beautiful surroundings. Great kitchen allowed us to invite nearby family of 5 for breakfast the two mornings we stayed. The walks to the Cowpasture river were breath-takingly beautiful. This large piece of property is well maintained and absolutely heavenly. We had a couple of minor issue that the owner, Ann, and manager, Pam responded to immediately and a local maintenance man took care of these few minor issues in less than an hour. Would recommend Ann's properties to anyone looking to find a secured "retreat" from the hustle and bustle of your small town or big city lifestyle. An added bonus was the new-born fawn we discovered one morning laying in the lawn. With family just 6/10's of a mile away, we'll be staying here again when extra accommodations are needed.

Beautiful and relaxing stay. We had four ladies so having our own rooms was very nice. Surroundings were beautiful and it was very convenient to both golf courses we played.

The Tannery! Dipping Pool! Pet Friendly!

The Tannery is such a charming home with a combination of antique and modern furnishings and art work. The location is outstanding. There is a big back yard that leads to a river with a private dipping pool. You can easily walk to the village and eat at the excellent Waterwheel restaurant . The Warm Springs baths are also very close and are very enjoyable. The bed at the Tannery is very comfortable, the shower water is plenty hot, and the kitchen well equipped. The internet is awesome. We would definitely like to return in the Spring or Summer.
The exterior of a custom-built home features a mix of stone and wood siding, accentuated by large windows. A tree-lined driveway leads up to the entrance, which is surrounded by landscaped gardens. Lush greenery and blue sky create a serene atmosphere.

This was our second stay there. This place is the ultimate for a quite peaceful get away. I would recommend it to anyone for sure.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful views from the patio, short walk to the Omni, spacious house. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a game changer for our family that had to get ready for a wedding. Amy was extremely responsive and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again.
A covered porch offers a view of distant mountain ranges and rolling hills. The landscape features a mix of greenery and structures below. A wide driveway leads away from the home, enhancing the sense of space.

Madison Cottage had everything we wanted. It is spacious, clean, and well laid out and is in an ideal location. (If you're going to visit Warm Springs, it's hard to beat a place that literally overlooks the springs.) We also enjoyed the amenities at the nearby Old Dairy. Thanks, Amy, we look forward to our next visit.
