No cell service in area due to Greenbank Observatory’s regulations. 3 small bedrooms, Gas grill, picnic table, outdoor furniture, and fire pit. Tons of trout fishing close by , skiing, hunting, hiking and immediate wilderness access on the property. No other houses within a quarter mile! Great place to decompress and have some fun. A comfy loft suite for your getaway. Private entrance and deck. Kitchenette -wood countertop, refrigerator under the counter. Microwave, toaster oven, sandwich grill, coffee maker, some dishes/pans. No range. Spiral stairs. The bathroom is open, but around the corner from living space, has a privacy curtain. Tiny Space with a great big view! Right on the Warm Spring! Go down the hill and right in the spring, warm year round. May Not be suitable for older adults, READ on.

What a gem! Would love to gatekeep, but that wouldn’t be nice. We loved our stay in the Bull Barn. So peaceful and private. We loved that the market and the pool and weight room were so close. There is so much to do in the area - we hiked, we kayaked, we soaked in the hot springs and we had a nice dinner at the Homestead. We loved it so much we extended our stay! Amy and Stacy were super responsive and answered every question. We will definitely return!

We made memories at Deer Lick Cabin! The location with its stunning panoramic views instantly banished life’s stresses. We could not believe such a seemingly remote location could actually be close to downtown Hot Springs. The view from a perfectly equipped kitchen made meal prep fun, and dining on the porch surpassed all fancy restaurant venues even with my challenged cooking. Even though it was a hectic wedding weekend we slept soundly in the cozy cabin and departed well rested and with happy hearts. We enjoyed several hikes in the area and hope we will be able to return to the Deer Lick paradise in the near future.

Very private, good location for accessing the town of Hot Springs, though our visit was on an exceptionally hot weekend, the two air conditioners did the trick. The kitchen was compact but very functional, everything clean, and plenty of good ice! this visit was good for us.
