This former apartment of the Büdner family is on the ground floor with a west terrace and gardens to the west and east. With its large number of rooms, it is ideal for families. We deliberately left the old room structure, but modernized the infrastructure and let light into the apartment. It is now bright and there are wonderful views of the beautifully landscaped garden. You have a large bathroom with bath and shower and underfloor heating and a small bathroom with shower.

Our small, simple but cozy cottage is located in Wichmannsdorf, near Kühlungsborn. The cottage is perfect for anyone who wants to have relaxation and tranquility and likes to look out of the bedroom window into the greenery.

Our cozy apartment, which was built in 2016 and is therefore modern and contemporary, is just a stone's throw from the sea. The Baltic Sea beach is about 800 m away and direct access to the sea via the "Devil's Gorge" is 300 m. Sports, leisure and shopping are abundant in the village. On the terrace you can sometimes see the sea through the treetops and enjoy romantic sunsets.

The popular vacation home is located at the southern end of the estate with an unobstructed view of horse paddocks and the adjacent estate forest. Five people can be accommodated on 112 m² of living space. Floor-length garden windows illuminate an open living area, extended by a covered terrace and extensive garden. Ideal for a vacation in a private idyll with the family.

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest.
