The very quiet apartment complex is located directly next to the nature reserve. The natural sandy beach is within sight. Kägsdorf is an insider tip for families and nature lovers who like it a little quieter than in the surrounding seaside resorts of Rerik and Kühlungsborn. However, these are close enough (3.5-5 km) not to be able to pay them a visit :-)

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

This former apartment of the Büdner family is on the ground floor with a west terrace and gardens to the west and east. With its large number of rooms, it is ideal for families. We deliberately left the old room structure, but modernized the infrastructure and let light into the apartment. It is now bright and there are wonderful views of the beautifully landscaped garden. Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. Our holiday home in the countryside with a size of 30 m² and a direct view of the wide landscape, consists of a combined living/ bedroom , equipped with a double bed, a two-seater (sofa), an armchair and table, a annex, a wardrobe as well as internet/Wi-Fi, TV and radio. The mini kitchen contains a gas hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery, etc.

The modern and comfortably furnished apartment (30 m²) was completely renovated in 2026 and is designed for 2-3 people. The apartment has a partially covered seating area with the option of relaxing outside. The house also has a spacious garden area and a large playground for the younger guests. Cribs can also be provided. Sheets and towels are not included but can be provided for 15.00 euros/person.
