Comfortable studio in large garden

My place is close to Bayonne/Biarritz. Quiet, on the side of the house, close to major road networks, it is ideally located to visit the Basque Country. Accommodation designed for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and four-legged companions. Warning: there is currently a house under construction on the next door lot. It's not a problem on weekends and evenings, but it generates a little noise on weekdays. The studio is nevertheless well insulated.

Beautiful wooden cottage-studio, with an area of about 20 m², at the back of our garden with its independent entrance and its beautiful 16 m² terrace overlooking the Baroja park. You will have your parking space that directly overlooks the path leading you to this nice new studio where you will find all amenities: kitchenette, double bed, bathroom, washing machine. 15 minutes drive from the beaches, Biarritz and Bayonne, great location!

The appartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen and a convertible sofa that provides extra bedding for 2 people, one bedroom with a two person bed and a bathroom. 25 min walk from the closest beach (chambre d'amour), 5min by car and less than 15 min by bike.
