It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms/toilet, an American kitchen overlooking a terrace, a beautiful living room and a veranda in continuity with magnificent views of the countryside, a terrace and 1 swimming pool out of sight.

We rent out this 40 m² studio, an independant part of our house accessible on the ground floor. It includes a living area, a sleeping area, a separate bathroom, and a private outdoor terrace. Pool access on demand from may to september. It is located in a peaceful and bucolic setting, just 8 min by car from Biarritz train station, 12 min from the beach, 15 min from Bayonne, and 35 min from San Sebastian. It's an ideal space for discovering the region. Baby crib available on request.

A beautiful 30 m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding meadows, not overlooked, will offer you convivial moments around the plancha.

Nice studio of about 21 m on the ground floor of our house, no common space, totally independent entrance, with its parking space and enjoying a small terrace without overlooking neighbors. You'll find all the amenities you need for your comfort. The house is less than 5 minutes from buses and tram-buses, 15 minutes' drive from the beaches, Biarritz and Bayonne. We are available to guests for all information about the surroundings of our beautiful region.
