I am renting my 40m2 cosy duplex apartment located 3min walk from Gare de Lyon. It is in the 12th arrondissement, very close to Bastille, the Coulée Verte, the Aligre market and the Marais district. 5th floor & NO ELEVATOR. The apartment is clean, well decorated, very bright and quiet. It has Wifi connection, a full equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a working space area. A delicious boulangerie is located at the foot of the building and supermarkets, cinemas and bars are just 5 min away.

It is composed of 2 rooms and has 3 large windows. It can accommodate up to 4 people. However, there is no door between the living room and the bedroom. It is located on the first floor without elevator access. On the ground floor is an orthoptic office that is open during the day.
