This is an amazing flat. It is located in a central area overlooking the botanical gardens. The flat itself is spacious, modern and includes all the amenities you would expect in a high end home. The flat is well maintained and clean. Everything is 15 minutes away by foot (no kidding), the location is that good. We stayed at this flat in the middle of a heat wave, and unfortunately, the flat does not have A/C, but we did not let that ruin our holidays! Bottom line is we would rent this flat again!

This place is adorable! I loved staying here in Bordeaux - it’s super accessible to the tram and therefore all other attractions. It’s pretty quiet and feels like a quaint get away. I loved being greater by their cat, Mouki! He was so sweet and made my stay so much more special!

We have just spent a week at Franks place. The Chartrons district is just wonderfully positioned and the tram stop was almost on the doorstep. The area was very quiet, yet so easy to walk to a multitude of wonderful restaurants. The apartment itself was very well represented by the photographs, and we were really comfy there. It was also nice and cool inside, although our weather was a bit mixed. Two really good fans are available for use. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking with plenty of crockery and glassware. The shower was very effective and always hot. Frank met us there to hand over the keys, and checked in with us a couple of times during the stay to make sure we were ok. A thoroughly enjoyable week!

This stay was everything an Airbnb should be and more! Her place was welcoming and so incredibly homey. The design of the apartment is also incredible, with such an attention to detail! The location is also perfect - a quick 20 minute walk to the center of the historic district but tucked away enough to get a full nights rest without any interruptions. Helen was also incredibly responsive and had such fabulous recommendations. Next time we find ourselves in Bordeaux, we know exactly where we’ll be staying!

Le logement de Mohammed correspond en tout point à l’annonce. Le tram est à 2 minutes à pied et le parking est un vrai vrai plus. Cuisine spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire. La résidence est très sécurisée. Restaurants et supermarchés accessibles à pied. Je recommande

Gracious hostess. Apartment was spacious, well-lit and beautifully decorated. Bourg is peaceful but we found plenty to do. I enjoyed the municipal pool on hot days. Truly a home away from home.

We had a great stay - really lovely apartment, lots of room. Amandine provided a cot for our baby which was really helpful. Beautiful furniture and decor, great shower. Amandine was really responsive when we had a glitch with the oven.

Laura and Thibault were very kind and accommodating. They provided a childrens cot which made our trip with our baby so much easier!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au studio Cosy Bordeaux Centre ! L’emplacement est parfait : en plein cœur de Bordeaux, tout est accessible à pied ou en transport en commun. Le studio, bien que compact, est très bien agencé, propre et décoré avec goût. Idéal pour un couple ou une personne seule, il offre tout le confort nécessaire, avec une bonne connexion Wi-Fi, une cuisine fonctionnelle et une salle de bain propre. Un vrai petit cocon pour découvrir la ville sans stress. Hôte réactif et accueillant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We booked this very last minute as our other booking got cancelled. Mathilde was extremely helpful and responsive, check in and out was easy. The apartment was pristine and the terrace is a lovely little addition. The apartment was well equipped with everything for a long weekend in Bordeaux. We would definitely stay again when visiting Bordeaux.

Our stay in Olivier’s apartment was fabulous. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well équipped , exactly as in the photos and well positioned for exploring Bordeaux. Olivier is a wonderful host. We thoroughly recommend staying in his apartment if you are ever in Bordeaux.

This property is located in a great location of Chartron in Bordeaux. It is easily walkable to city area and 2 min to tram stop. It was the perfect home away from home for me and 5 nights in Bordeaux. Would definitely stay again. Jean-Philippe was very responsive host.

Wonderful experience. Very romantic. The place was immaculate. The location is fantastic with great walkability. There are excellent restaurants all within a short distance. And it is a shoppers paradise! Oceane provided clear instructions to access the apartment. Oceane also had a welcoming gift of yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, wine, and coffee waiting for us which was very thoughtful! A word of caution, the apartment is located on the top floor and there is no elevator (which is disclosed in the listing). The stairs (all 92 of them) are brutal, especially if you have heavy luggage. Thank you, Oceane, for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and also centrally located. Isabelle was very helpful and responsive with arranging to meet when we arrived. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax while there. We would return again!

We absolutely loved staying at Benoit’s home. The location was wonderful and very walkable to everything. The house itself is lovely - beautiful furnishings, art work, and views. The bed was very comfortable for two and very quiet given the location. Having access to parking was a huge plus. We were made to feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

Accueil aux petits soins de la part de Johanna. Nous avons visiter le jolie domaine et ensuite nous avons découvert notre logement. Celui ci était exactement comme la description accueillant chaleureux et avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Si vous souhaitez un endroit au calme et relaxant n’hésitez plus c’est auprès de Johanna et Adrien que vous trouverez votre bonheur. Nous reviendrons c’est une certitude.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette suite cocooning parfaitement pensée pour un moment de détente à deux. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’ambiance chaleureuse du lieu : l’éclairage tamisé, la décoration soignée donnent immédiatement un sentiment de bien-être. Le jacuzzi privatif est clairement l’un des grands atouts du logement : spacieux, propre, facile à utiliser, et surtout idéal après une journée de balade ou de route. C’est vraiment un plus rare à ce prix et ça transforme complètement l’expérience. Le calme des lieux, malgré la proximité avec Bordeaux. C’est agréable de pouvoir se reposer sans bruit tout en restant à quelques minutes de la ville. L’espace est optimisé de manière intelligente malgré la surface relativement compacte. L’hôte a été accueillant, disponible et réactif. En résumé : un petit cocon idéal pour une escapade romantique, un week-end détente, ou une pause bien méritée. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon compte tenu des prestations

Super séjour à Bordeaux ! Le logement était top et super propre. Mais surtout, l’hôte était vraiment génial : hyper sympa, respectueux de notre intimité tout tant en restant super ouvert et sociable. On a même eu droit à un super barbecue tous ensemble, c’était un super moment de partage. Franchement, je recommande les yeux fermés, et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Et merci encore pour tout.

Le logement était parfait, le jacuzzi était top. La résidence est sécurisé et il y a une place de parking. C’était super bien, je recommande.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le chalet est très agréable et tout confort petit plus pour la clim avec ces grosses chaleurs (surtout avec un bébé) ! Nous étions idéalement bien placés. Merci à Solenne pour sa disponibilité! Je recommande.

Quite, private and within walking distance to downtown Bordeaux. I would stay here again.
