Located northeast of Bordeaux, at: - 1 km from Bassens train station (towards Bordeaux) - 1.8 km from the "La Gardette" terminus of tram A (towards Bordeaux) - 2 km from the A10 - 4 km from the Pont d'Aquitaine (towards the Ocean and the Médoc) 2-room apartment, just renovated, on the first floor of our house, but totally independent. You also have your garden area to relax (and receive a visit from our 4 curious cats). You will appreciate the quiet of the accommodation, the neighborhood and the proximity to shops.

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

La Maison du Vieux Lormont welcomes you all year round in an enchanting setting conducive to work and contemplation. Ideally located, the house offers spectacular views of Saint-Martin Church. A true masterpiece of the 14th century. The Cité du Vin is only 10 minutes away by boat (river shuttle) or bus (number 7). Bordeaux city center is 30 minutes by TramA (La Gardette). The house offers 3 bedrooms including a master suite with private bathroom. Hanging garden. Free parking.
