Candice is an excellent host. She is also extremely kind. Clear communication. Nice, cozy and tidy place. I booked this place for my friend's family for one day. Their feedback was that it was a lot better than a hotel. Will definitely use again whenever we need to. Best part is that there is no neighbours so you get the whole floor to yourself. Sainsbury's is just opposite. Very close to high street. Would absolutely recommend especially if you have kids. They will love it.

Had a lovely stay from beginning to end. Janet was there to greet us and show us round. The home is spotless and has everything you need. Beautiful little garden area at the front that has the sun in the mornings. Short walk into Gravesend for restaurants. When I come back to Kent to catch up with friends I shall definitely stay again.

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The place is beautiful and updated. Everything about the place reflects how much Nicholas cares. Balham is a quaint and charming town with easy access to transportation and stores and markets. Communication with Nick was always seamless. We would love to return to this beautiful place and to Balham.🌹

My friend and I stayed with our two 17 year old daughters. plenty of space and a lovely apartment. I particularly enjoyed the balcony off the kitchen. very nice for outdoor coffee and breakfast !

Great located place, 15 min walk to beach and adventure island. Very easy check-in. Place very spacious and spotless. Very quiet and no noise from outside. Beds very comfortable to have a good nights sleep. Ian was very communicative and responsive to any questions, which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, couples/ families. 🙂

Lovely host and great place at a great price.

Host: The host provided very professional customer service and support – nothing to complain about. • Location: I was traveling with my 8-month-old baby, so I needed a place in the city center that was convenient to everything. And this was the perfect spot. Close to everything – especially restaurants. That was the biggest plus of this apartment. • Quietness: Considering its location, with the busy and noisy surroundings outside, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. The noise was minimal – as long as you keep the windows closed, it’s not an issue at all. • Condition of the apartment: The apartment didn’t look 100% like the photos – I would say about 80% – but it was clean and tidy, which I think is good enough.

What a beautiful place to stay - right next to a nature reserve, with the oyster catchers and curlews calling at night and wildlife wandering into the garden. But also very close to pubs, coffee shop and the sea. Great if you like birds, wildlife and peace and quiet.

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay here. Well presented property - accurate photos, immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, with shops within short walking distance. Parking spot was a great help! George was very helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again, whenever in the area!

Carol was a most welcoming host at her beautifully appointed and decorated house. Plenty of space, extremely comfortable and everything we needed. Carol was responsive with messages and provided some ideas of places to visit. All in all we had a great time and would recommend.

Our trip was perfect. The accommodation is spotless, well looked after and really modern. It has absolutely everything you need and all the small details have been thought of. It is in a beautiful and quiet location and the hot tub was lovely. Communication with the host was perfect - instructions were super clear and included helpful videos. We were even offered late check out which was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend and we’d love to come back.

We had such an incredible time at this house. We were all pleasantly surprised at how great the house was and all the amenities. I don’t think the advert does it justice. We were a big group of 21 with 11 little ones who were in HEAVEN. We got very lucky with the weather and spent the whole weekend in the glorious grounds. We brought our own paddling pool and it was perfect. The aspect of the house means you get stunning sunsets and the back terrace is a real sun trap - long evenings sunbathing until 7pm! The surrounding area is stunning and the local village is so beautiful!! Walking distance (even with a million young children) to the village shop and then on to the very well equipped play park. We only wish we could have stayed for a week, the kids never wanted to leave. Some very special memories made here! Rachel the host is on the end of the phone for any questions and was excellent at responding to our queries.

We stayed at this property over the Christmas week to visit family. We needed a home with 4 bedrooms, and this was perfect for our needs. The bedding was pristine, and the house clean and tidy. The communication with Charlie was excellent. If circumstances arise we would definitely come back.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Chris & Hilary were wonderful hosts, they were very proactive and made sure we had every bit of detail about the property and its surroundings. The property is beautiful and clean and its located within short walking distance from the beach. We also loved the private park garden which was our pull factor to the property. Check-in and checkout process was very easy and straightforward. The Internet speed was great and the bed is very comfy. Me and my wife tried to think of any room for improvement to feedback to the hosts and we struggled to come up with anything. We definitely found our holiday home in Southend-on-Sea and we cant wait to stay there again. Thank you Chris & Hilary!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, cosy and exactly as described. The location was perfect – quiet, yet close to everything we needed. Janet was a wonderful host: friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool after long days out. Lovely 2 bed, ground level flat, tastefully decorated and clean. Really appreciated the toys left out for our toddler and books and games supplied. Well supplied kitchen with everything you need to cook for a family. Only small improvement that could be made would be the addition of a microwave, as there is room for one, it would have made warming milk more convenient. Quiet enough street and although parking off road wasn't possible we found spaces quite close, you just need to be good at a tight squeeze parallel park. Leigh on see town and beautiful belfairs park within walking distance and only 10 minute drive to Southend on see. Worked well for us to visit friends and was a lovely stay.

A wonderful place to stay, the property is spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished. Eveline is so very responsive and helpful from time of booking and throughout the stay. Thanks to her generosity in accomodating our check-in/check-out time. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again.
