Vacation rentals with a patio in Basiglio

Costanza's place was exactly as described. Large and airy. Very clean and check in was very easy. The apartment is located just a minutes walk to a metro stop and right across the street from a nice park. On Saturdays there is a large locale street market in that same area. That was a nice surprise. One of the best things about staying here was how kind and considerate Costanza is. She was always willing to help answer questions and made us feel that our experience in Milan really mattered to her. She's a great hostess.

The loft was very homey and nicely decorated/furnished. Marco and Lydia were also very welcoming. There was lots of space. And the small garden in front of the loft, made it feel secluded from the noise of the city. There are also many possible public transportation options close by. I can recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is in a strategic location a stone's throw from the metro, very fast for the airport, a stone's throw from the San Siro stadium, a stone's throw from the racecourse and a stone's throw from City Life. Nearby, there are bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, and everything that can be useful for your stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, Davide the owner an exquisite person who welcomed us with all the possible care and kindness. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We will consider staying here again if we return to Milan.

Beautiful apartment in walking distance of everything to do in Milan. Also conveniently located near several metro stations. The outside terrace is perfect for meals and hanging out outside.

This place has been perfect for my sisters and I! It is absolutely beautiful! It felt like home. It was spacious, modern and homely! It is near the city centre so you can walk and has so many lovely restaurants around. Alice and Angela are fantastic hosts! Very attentive, constant communication and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for my next trip!

What a fantastic stay! The apartment was bright and welcoming—especially the large window in the hallway near the bedrooms, which made the space feel open and airy. It was a detail that added so much character and light. The hosts were kind, responsive, and quick to answer any questions I had, always with a friendly attitude. Overall, it was absolutely worth the trip and every penny spent. Highly recommended!

Broken washmachine was disappointment

Very cozy and spacious space, good value for money. Alexandra is very responsive to all the questions I have. The location is convenient - though not walking distance to the more “touristy” spots - it has well connection to both the Duomo area and Navigli via tram 1 and 10 respectively. The Arco della Pace area and chinatown are all close by, offering a lot of dining options. Recommended!

We had a great time. The house is very nice, spacious, clean with all amenities needed. Beautiful terrace. The metro line is right next to the house. The host is very responsive and friendly.

Paolo’s place in Milan was in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood in Milan. The home was absolutely charming and had everything we needed. I am scheduled to stay there again and I look forward to it. I highly recommend this lovely space. Paolo was a great host and the home is in the prefect spot for visiting Milan.

Laura and Simone's apartment scores with a really good location. You can quickly reach the metro or the lively Navigli district. We especially enjoyed the small, charming terrace in the green backyard – perfect to start the day with an espresso. The fold-out sofa was surprisingly cozy for a sofa bed, which allowed for a pleasant sleep. Communication with Laura and Simone was always excellent: very friendly, quick and accommodating. A small point that bothered us personally was the very strong perfume smell of the towels and linens. In our opinion, less fragrance would have been more. The garage is also quite narrow, which should be noted. With our Skoda Octavia, getting out was already very tight. Despite these small comments, we had a very nice stay and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a trip to Milan.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.
