The loft is sunny almost all the time. Messe, Art Basel, center, Rhine promenade, restaurants, cafes, Lädeli, market and supermarket are just nearby. Both stations are directly on our bus line. The airport is 30 min. or 10 min. away. The terrace leads to the huge green quiet courtyard. The interaction in the house is pleasant and warm. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and granite surfaces. The Casper bed has a first-class mattress.

Hello! I decorated the apartment in a style between boudoir and greenhouse. I thought there were enough ordinary apartments, so I wanted to create something special. I wanted to create an island where everything is beautiful, calm and harmonious, and I think I succeeded. The large and bright flat is located on the third and fourth floors. If you want to experience the city up close, the flat on Spalenberg is ideally located. It is a 2-minute walk to the market square and another 2 minutes to the Rhine. If you want to go to the cinema or theatre in the evening, everything is within walking distance. The flat is divided over 2 floors and is very quiet.
