cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

Special studio with privacy . You will stay in your own small house in the countryside, but at the same time close to the city. This includes a garden seating area. The small living room is on the ground floor , the bed is on a gallery. So some sportiness is necessary. Location: In the beautiful village center of Muttenz, easily accessible from Basel by train, tram, bus. Great for ART BASEL visitors and exhibitors. Free parking!

My house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Basel (Hirzbrunnen). You can reach Basel city centre in a few minutes by tram (free) or bike (optional). My house is modernly furnished and offers space for max 4 people. A large shaded seating area is included. Sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with storage) is important to me. A private car park directly in front of the house is also included.
