It was a great experience with this place we had. being with a pax of 10 or with my family, you always make sure that everyone is comfy and safe. We celebrated my beat friend’s intimate bridal at Maam Lala’s place. The place is so huge, clean, and well maintained, plus stunning view. Nice stay in Cebu for one night right by the airport, comfy mattress, easy check in and out. Recommend if you are looking for a nice place.

Encountered some trouble but Maam Chime assisted us and helped us. Overall i recommend the place for those looking for a budget place to stay in Lapu Lapu City. Just follow the instructions carefully so that you wont get lost😅 definitely going to go back once we visit Cebu again.

I have a good stay

First time to Lapu-Lapu and this unit is located close enough to the Airport for the price. AC was cold. Warm water shower. Pool was good. Staff were friendly. Netflix to relax in the evening. Walkable to 7/11, Mall in my opinion. Easy enough to get Grab, or local transportation around Lapu-Lapu but a bit difficult to get transport back to unit from Cebu IT park area. I would stay again if I wanted to stay local. Host are fast to communicate if you have questions.

Our stay with Mark and Nenette’s place was all worth it. Amenities were perfectly working, and the Hosts were accommodating and always responsive. Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful and perfect if you travel solo. It’s so nice to have complimentary water in room especially with cebu’s heat. Also the condo building is amazing and perfect location. You won’t go hungry in IT park. Def will stay again when I’m back because room is clean and efficient with space.

Paid for 2 nights (my flight was delayed by a day) informed them and they understood and didn’t give me any hassle whatsoever when i did make it check in was smooth just like they said in the welcome message it felt like home away from home the bed was comfortable only thing it looks like a king but its a double but its still a big place i was not there to long but everything was nice and cozy downstairs u have kids playing in the playground but in the room its nice and quiet u dont hear anything and its peaceful i would definitely come back and visit next time im in town thank u for having me

The place was really great, you can really feel like you are at your own home. You can also watch the smart tv while resting in the sofa bed.The amenities were included in the list and were really helpful in daily needs. A must rent if you are looking for a place to stay in Cebu!

I had a wonderful stay. The place has all you need from the kitchen to the bathroom. The hosts are kind enough to inform me ahead of time with possible events in the place that may affect my arrival in the place. Check in and out instructions are very clear.
