Vacation rentals with a patio in Bartow County

This place was exactly as advertised. Driving into the neighborhood you can see where it’s shifting. The older homes are being renovated and the overgrown lots are being cleaned up. All the signs are there of a transitioning community. So the entryway to the unit still lends some hesitation. But from the moment of opening the door my family felt comfortable. My wife and daughters were all good to go (you know us guys don’t need much). And that felt good to have another rental deemed “suitable” for the ladies. Comfortable night’s rest, clean showers, plenty of linens and fully stocked supplies in kitchen. All within twenty minutes of my nephew’s graduation and his celebratory get-together the following day. Really worked well for us.

Katie was a great host. Her place was so fresh. It was the cleanest AirBNB I have stayed in. The backyard is huge, and no house behind. Katie gave us some extra kitchen supplies we needed and had all the basics. So nice to have a tv both in the living space and bedroom. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are lots of places to eat. Stay Blessed and thank you again.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was so clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. My only small gripe is that there aren’t any TVs in the bedrooms. But honestly, everything else was amazing! I booked it the same day and was able to check in right away, which really highlights how quick and efficient the host is. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

Reggie’s place was the perfect accommodations for our group of 6 adults. We were in town for a few Braves baseball games and the location was perfect! We were able to walk over to the stadium easily and having ample space to park our vehicles was great. Reggie was kind, friendly, communicative and very flexible with us which we really appreciated. I would stay at Reggie’s place again if I return to Atlanta!

This Bnb was extremely cozy and easy to get to. Host was extremely accommodating + being friendly is always a plus. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity is available. 10/10 stay no complaints here

My husband and I stayed here for a family trip visiting relatives in Canton, GA. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and meticulously clean. The grounds were well kept and the animals were an added bonus for enjoyment. Darlene was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations found in the guest book, which i forgot to write in before leaving. I would absolutely stay here again.

The host was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive, kind and helpful. The home was cozy and very clean! Would definitely recommend and stay again if we ever go back to this area. Close to the sports center and Main Street. Cute, comfy and clean!

Shane was a wonderful host! The home was cozy and even more beautiful in person. My family loved the screen porch and spent most of our extra moments out there. Plentiful house amenities. Had everything we needed and more. Coffee bar was wonderful. One of my favorite homes I’ve ever stayed in. I would love to return.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We were very comfortable and the home was welcoming and immaculate. We had everything we needed. The location was great we were not far away from the parks or grocery stores. We will stay again next time we are in Georgia.

We were in town for a baseball tournament with 3 families. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and comfy beds. The place was very clean and there were plenty of linens. We needed a bit more cookware - there are no large pots or a frying pan. The owners were extremely responsive to our questions and comments. We would definitely stay here again.

We reserved Tiffany's place for some of our family coming in from out of state. They loved it and how easy it was to find and all there was to do very close by. The house was beautiful, clean and all they needed with many extras. Thank you so much!

The view was absolutely immaculate, truly breathtaking. The space itself was clean, tidy, and incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect getaway. I also really appreciated the host’s flexibility with an early check-in, which made my travel day much smoother. I genuinely loved my stay and would definitely book again whenever I’m in the area. We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location for our wedding weekend. Very close to Lake Arrowhead church and clubhouse. I would be happy to recommend Debora's condo to friends and family. Beautifully decorated and she provides everything you need to be right at home. Comfortable beds a big plus! I loved seeing all the deer 🥰

Such an amazing find, i really enjoy my stay. not only was gee a delight with communication and customer service so was the staff at the building. The place looks good in the photos but even better in person. Definitely money well spent:)

The unit was perfectly located in downtown Woodstock with a very easy walk to all the amenities and activities of the downtown. The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The electrical fireplace being turned on upon arrival was a very nice touch. Our only issue was created by us. We accidentally locked the door handle when walking out. We had left the car keys in the unit during our walk. Upon returning and opening the deadbolt with the keypad we found that we had locked the handle. Since there was no key provided we were locked out of the unit without our car keys. We reached out to our host at 9:45 AM. We didn't hear back until about 6:30 PM. By this time we had worked through AirBNB to get a locksmith to the unit. AirBNB fully reimbursed us the cost of the locksmith. I say the above only to provide a note that if you stay in this beautiful unit be careful with the door handle lock. AWESOME STAY!

This location exceeded my expectations. The host was so warm and attentive. The environment feel like a home away from home.

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Roxanne’s place is exactly as described and very comfortable and easy for access I would most definitely stay again
