The place itself is quite cozy nice to stay in, the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. Otherwise, had a wonderful stay and board games made the stay more fun!

We were coming down from Nashville for a ball tournament at Lakepoint. I had originally booked for 5 nights, but when our schedule collapsed, Trampus graciously allowed us to lop a day off either end for a three night stay. This place is comfortable, quiet, well-equipped; it met our every need, and I can't recommend it highly enough. We hope to return to Lakepoint next year for another tournament; if so, we will definitely be staying with Trampus!

It was a great place and my family enjoyed it. We look forward to coming back.

Lynne’s place was perfect for our needs. Conveniently located, well furnished, modern and stylish to say the least. Lynne herself was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. It was a great stay and I highly recommend!

I enjoyed our stay. We were minutes from LakePoint Sports where they were hosting the 7on7 tournament I was attending. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance from a 24 hour convenience store which was great. If in the area, we will stay again.

This is the second time we've stayed at David's place and both times have been great experiences. David does a great job of communicating in advance of, during, and after the stay at this place. The kitchen renovations were executed flawlessly and the house had all the amenities we were looking for for our large group of baseball coaches. Plenty of space to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. I would absolutely book this house again from David.

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

This was our first time booking Airbnb. Anne and Frank were absolutely amazing hosts. The suite was perfect, clean, and spacious. We will definitely be back. We could not have asked for a better first experience. Highly recommend!!!

This was our 2nd stay and it was even better the 2nd time. Pool is amazing, lots to do in the basement. Our grandkids enjoyed the watch tower, the pool, and all of the fun things to do in the basement. Lots of variety for the different ages. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed grilling out. You never have to leave the house as it has everything you need. We chose to go into town for dinner at The Roof and it was great food with great view of the mountains. We look forward to returning next year!

I loved staying at the Cozy Boho Cabin! It was exactly as shown, with every amenity and thoughtful touch. The games, record player and record selection, charging pads on the bedside tables…everything was great. The location is 10 minutes from Ellijay’s downtown and about 15 minutes from the rec center, with a big workout room, indoor pool, tennis courts and arcade, which my 10-year-old nephew loved. We had such a great time there. It was a perfect weekend getaway to the mountains!

Tree Oasis!! Bird Dog Lodge is perfect for a getaway. Very clean and great when traveling with pets. Bobby is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here! We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is freshly renovated with up to date appliances and furniture. It was within walking distance to a great local restaurant (definitely check out Doug’s Place for a delicious meat & three) and the dollar store which is a plus. Pamela was quick to respond and made getting in and out a breeze. We would gladly stay here again!

We LOVED staying in this home! It was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and Lakepoint! The size of the home was very accommodating to our group! Ellen was an incredible host! She answered all questions and was so polite! We had a great experience!

Vitro and his wife, Daisy, are exceptionally responsive, gracious, and accommodating. If we had any needs, Vitto and Daisy did anything to assist our family.

Jeff is a great host, always responsive and polite. The house is just as pictured. Nice furniture, clean comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything for a week long stay. There is a two car garage and Jeff provides you with a remote for the garage gate and two sets of spare keys, which was very convenient. The deck has plenty of space and a beautiful view of a wooded backyard. We enjoyed our stay at Jeff's home and I will definitely stay here again when I travel to Cartersville in the future.

Great peaceful spot right on the lake. Plenty of space and well equipped for our 7 people (and could handle more). Wish we had been able to stay longer to take advantage of the amenities.
