We had a lovely weekend stay. Location was absolutely stunning - amazing views from the hot tub and deck area. Very peaceful. Lovely walks right on the doorstep and plenty to keep us busy in the nearby area, although we spent a lot of time just relaxing in the cottage. We had a small issue with the boiler but Linnett was quick to respond to us and the problem was fixed within a few hours.

Great cosy stay in a great location. Need to make sure you get the exact location before getting there as there’s no signal, so took us a while to locate the exact door. It does recommend this in the check instructions.

Peaceful cottage in Parwich village with hot tub

SophieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Caroline's place was lovely, a peaceful break in the countryside! A reasonable distance from some of the attractions of the Peak District, including the Tissington Trail and Thor's Cave. The village was quaint and we had a lovely meal in the local pub, The Sycamore (recommended by Caroline). The only downside was the typical British summer weather raining down on us - wish us better luck next time!

Beautiful rural Peak District farm cottage

RebRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Me, my husband and two young children stayed here for the week and absolutely loved it! The farmhouse was plenty big enough, with all the amenities and even toys/books for the children to play with. The beds were really comfy and it was lovely to sit on the patio on a night and hear all the animals. Check-in was super easy, there was plenty of parking and it was easy to find. Ruth was really helpful and friendly. Our son loved seeing all the animals and every morning he would go see the pigs and chickens. Theres a nice walk from the farmhouse to the pumping house. We would love to go back in the future.

Quiet 2 bedroom cottage, with off street parking.

AnnaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The cottage was absolutely perfect for our one night stay as a family of 3. Leilani’s directions were clear and helpful, and check in was easy. The cottage was exceptionally clean and smelt lovely! Each room was beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and lots of light. The blackout blinds on the bedroom skylights are a wonderful addition. Leilani was kind to point out that we could go for a wander down the path and say hello to the hens and horses, which my son loved, and the views are gorgeous. Definitely recommend for a peaceful stay. Thanks for having us!

Another enjoyable stay in the cottage which was cosy, comfortable and felt like home. It is very well equipped with everything you need to provide a perfect holiday and in an excellent location convenient for all local amenities within walking distance to Crich. Roy and Anne are excellent hosts, very approachable and quick to respond to messages. Roy came to the cottage on the day we arrived responding to a small issue which we had, this was resolved and then he told us of some places where we could go for walks. A big thank you to Roy and Anne as this is one of the best Air b&b’s we have stayed in and will definitely be back.

Rock Cottage l Hidden Gem l Matlock

AnneRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We’ve just spent the most wonderful weekend at the beautiful Rock Cottage. Rebecca has put so much thought into creating a cosy, relaxing space, with a lovely blend of rustic-style decor and high-spec features throughout. This thoughtfulness was also evident from the moment we checked in and saw that Rebecca had prepared a birthday greetings garland along with birthday wishes and welcoming gifts, which was so generous. We were also blessed with good weather, which meant that we could enjoy the gorgeous, spacious garden and summer house, an absolute delight on both evenings. With fab walking trails nearby as well, it’s simply the perfect base to lose yourself in nature and unwind.

Chapel Street Cottage, Sleeps 6

ChrisRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We really enjoyed staying in Alice's charming home. It retains period features but has also been tastefully modernised. We particularly liked the kitchen diner which is light and airy and spacious, and a very nice place to hang out. The lounge is cosy. A narrow staircase leads up to three pleasant bedrooms. Beds were comfy, shower was good (a slight stoop for the very tall). We cooked our own meals during our stay and found the kitchen to be well equipped with everything we needed. Nice crockery and glassware. Coton in the Elms is a nice peaceful village, whose location suited an event we were attending over the weekend. We'd love to come back and stay again!
