Wonderful beachfront apartment in the golden zone

This place has a strategic location - it will be very easy to plan your visit! We are in the heart of a golden zone, with direct beach access and a beautiful view both from the main bedroom and from the kitchen, living room, balcony, etc. You can walk around the golden area without any problem or the beach if you wish, the building has amenities for you such as a large heated pool, gym, library, playroom, etc. 3 min by car from the Malecon (approx. 10 min walk)

Absolutely beautiful place. The location itself was amazing. Lots to do around and very safe. I had forgot my souvenir bag outside the apartment, on a bench by the street. I called the plaza and they literally brought me my souvenir bag to the airport!! Right in time before leaving. Amazing!!!!

Erick's house is a great place to relax and enjoy simple beach time. Very basic, but we loved it. Erick was a very thoughtful host and has created a really funky and charming bungalow. The beach is steps away and sunsets were amazing. There is a small town nearby with basic amenities. The lack of cell signal/internet also encouraged rest and relaxation. If you have high expectations around luxury and comfort this may not be for you, but if you are adaptable and looking for an "off the beaten path" experience, you will be rewarded.

A modern living area features floor-to-ceiling glass walls, offering unobstructed ocean views at sunset. A dark sectional sofa is positioned to face the sea, while a dining area is visible in the background, illuminated by warm light. Natural elements are added with a potted plant.
