Rural zone. 800 meters or rustic road before arrive to the building. - One bedroom. 3rd floor no elevator king size bed, living room w/ two sofa-bed, 1 bathroom and balcony with a private Jacuzzi w/hot water -Fiest floor w/pool, BBQ grill, top roof with view to the sea and sundecks. - It includes an equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV and WiFi. - Two minisplits: one in bedroom, other in the living room.

Beautiful and spacious house in front of the SEA with 3 bedrooms ideal for 12 people with a private pool. A 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the center. Fully refrigerated, 2 floors, 4 full bathrooms, living room with smart TV, dining room for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen. It has a barbecue, outdoor furniture for the pool area. (At the moment there is no good telephone coverage in the area, we have Wi-Fi) private parking.

A two-story accommodation is surrounded by tall palms, with a thatched roof and expansive glass doors offering views of the pool area. Lounge chairs are positioned near the water, providing a relaxing space by the pool, under a clear blue sky.
