Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with vineyards in perspective. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
