Our apartment is in Cenes de la Vega. Very nice,comfortable and totally accessible,in addition to a terrace from which to enjoy the views. Air conditioning, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, dining area,work and spacious bedroom, as well as a large sofa bed. In the riverfront of the Genil,enjoying nature and tranquility,but at the same time well connected,as we have urban buses at the gate,which leaves us in downtown Granada, as well as 22km from the Sierra Nevada,with access to the direct road.

The bus 33 whose stop is 5 minutes from the apartment will leave you in the center of Granada, so you will be close to the city to visit it. You can also enjoy Cenes De la Vega, its nature, restaurants, services, outdoor activities and its easy access by road to Sierra Nevada where only 25 minutes by car you can go hiking and skiing.

Enjoy the capital because of its proximity, as well as the Sierra Nevada, and stroll along the Genil River on the Ruta de la Bicha or Colesterol, used by Granadans to walk and that connects the apartment with the city.

We had a great time in Pablos apartment as a family of five and can recommend his beautiful apartment. Our kids loved it, too! The communication was very friendly. The distance to the Alhambra is very short when using a car.

The place is the perfect spot for a visit to Granada. The views of the Alhambra are stunning, and the accommodations are very comfortable. Not a complaint at all, but--never having visited Granada before--I did not really understand the idea that access by car was not feasible. Now I do understand, and we really could not have comfortably driven up to the unit even to drop off luggage. The walk from the parking garage, however, was very safe and easy--even late at night. If you want a memorable and picturesque visit to Granada, this is for you.

Check-in process was very ease and Juan Carlos is very responsive host. In the apartment he left to everything you needed for your stay like coffee machine capsules, olive oil, shower gel and even a wine. In the apartment he even have a hair straightener 😅 so girls can easy fix their hair. There is a lot of parking spots around building and also very clean! Last but not least, as an Interior designer I was in a positive shock how this place was decorated, he is so oriented to details and each item is in the same style. I believe he puts so much effort in this modern industrial style apartment. The best decorated airbnb I have ever stayed!👏

We had an amazing time staying at Alex’s apartmen. It truly felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect base for hiking in the Sierra Nevada, with trails nearby and stunning nature all around. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, and the apartment itself is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. We felt incredibly comfortable and settled in right away. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave!
