It has air conditioning, ceiling fans, 6 Fiber Wi-Fi, Smart TV, workbench, kitchen equipped with the basics and a refrigerator. WC with electric shower. Self check-in with code. There is no parking space, but there are parking lots and options in the area.

We are located at 18 km from the central region of Volta Redonda, the route is all along a paved highway (Nossa Senhora do Amparo). We are 3km from Amparo, district of Barra Mansa. Our site is next to the Recanto do Aconchego Condominium and you can find us on Google Maps, searching for Sítio Laspézia. Definitely an experience. 2 floors and a ground floor. Almost a little building. I decided to share and make it available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
