Debra's place is well located in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is functional and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is filled with all cutlery, utensils so you can easily cook food there. The fridge is of good size! The garden is also of large size and we spotted little bunnies there. The children were thrilled! The rooms are of good size and have nice linen. Debra was very responsive and provided all clear instructions for a flexible check-in. We recommend this place for friends and families.

Great 1 bedroomed place to stay on the countryside but only a few mins from Grimsby and Cleethorpes. Great host!

Absolutely amazing property! Perfect for Families or friends , easy check in with Web who showed us around and gave us all the Information we needed, plenty of parking space. The main living area is incredible, highest ceilings I’ve ever seen and just makes having multiple people together no cramping and just perfect. Huge sofa and the windows around give so much light and beautiful views of the natural gardens. Handy having a separate living room for me and my bro to play PlayStation. Due to my cancer I’m not great with stairs so this property was brilliant with the main bedroom we stayed in ground floor, the bedroom was just perfect, had everything and spacious with lovely garden views as did all. WiFi was good , all the kitchen utensils and equipment worked fine! You even had an iPad for instructions! Again due to my leg I can’t travel much so although my family went out I stayed in a lot, but this property made it special for me and my family in a Difficult time.
