The old sheepfold has been transformed into a modern guest house for families, located in the scenic landscape of the Gelderse Vallei, at a good distance from the farmhouse. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partially thatched roof. Overlooking old oaks and a young forest. Due to its central location and easy access to the motorway network (6km), it is great for exploring The Netherlands (Utrecht, The Hague, Groningen, Amsterdam etc).

Cycling, hiking, or just relaxing in the garden or the lawn where you are completely private. Close to Zeumeren where you can relax on the water (approx. 7 km). At about 10 km is the beautiful vast area of Kootwijkerzand. De Hoge Veluwe National Park is approximately 16 km away. It is possible to buy a bag of wood on location for €7.50.

It is a lovely cozy cottage within walking distance of the bustling & picturesque city center of Voorthuizen. Voorthuizen is the perfect gateway to the Veluwe because of its convenient location. A good base for many hiking and biking trails, and there is plenty to do in the area.
