La casa si trova in una piazza vicina al centro storico, al terzo ed ultimo piano di un palazzo del '600, una volta teatro. Ci sono due terrazze: una a livello da 40mq con annessa lavanderia + un’altra di 120 mq con vista mare. In tutta la casa c'è un parquet in legno. Ci sono 2 condizionatori, 2 smart-tv, due bagni ed un bagno turco con cromoterapia. La casa, arredata con mobili antichi, è accogliente, molto luminosa e lontana da rumori. L'appartamento si affaccia sul lungomare Cristoforo Colombo, offre una meravigliosa vista sul mare. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Bari S. Spirito, a 20 metri dalla fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere il capoluogo (Bari). A 10 minuti dall' aeroporto internazionale di Bari " Karol Wojtyla ", a 4 minuti di macchina dallo sbocco stradale per la S.S. 16bis e autostrada A14. La casa dista a 2 passi dal mare, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia libera, con possibilità di parcheggiare sotto casa.

The cave in Old Town

Vivi questo spazio incredibile, ricco di storia, situato in un contesto pittoresco. Al centro di un borgo di mare lontano dal turismo di massa. Pietra bianca naturale tutta intorno alla stanza e per terra la tipica “chianca” (temine medioevale che significa lastra di pietra) antica e originale. Ho cercato di lasciare il tutto più originale e rustico possibile per dare la sensazione agli ospiti di rivivere i tempi antichi in cui in questa camera ci viveva un’intera famiglia di 10 persone.
