This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

Our vintage apartment Klara in the Urli House is lovingly furnished in a furniture mix of old and new. It can accommodate a couple (possibly with a child). There is also a bathroom and kitchen. Free parking around the house, shelter for bikes or pedelecs. In addition, many bike contests, World Cup races or the well-known Albstadt-Bike-Marathon are held nearby. In winter, many opportunities for winter sports can be found close by with appropriate snow conditions.

The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet in the apartment and on the terrace. You can go for walks around the renaturalized quarry ponds and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry ponds have been converted into spacious, natural beaches. A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Vacation home at the Eyachquelle

Our approx. 60 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the house. A large living and dining area with kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom leave nothing to be desired for your stay. The property is located in a quiet district of Albstadt. In the surrounding area, you can spend your free time, for example, visiting the Eyachquelle, various hiking trails, a stay in the Badkap, the garden show in Balingen and Hohenzollern Castle.

Cozy 70 sqm attic apartment in beautifully located farmhouse in the heart of the Upper Danube Valley Nature Park. Start your hike or mountain bike tour right from the house. The car can also be parked for climbing, as the Schaufelsen is in the immediate vicinity. Canoeing is possible on the Danube & the Danube Cycle Path passes about 500 m from the house. There is space to romp and play in the large orchard meadow.
