A very peaceful private neighborhood, about fifty yards from a metro station. Very convenient to get into the heart of the city, but a very private quiet place to stay.

Perfect stay for my son and husband during the Barcelona Formula 1 Grand Prix. Very quiet and very comfortable accommodation after long days spent there. Very welcoming host! Recommended!!

We absolutely loved the day we spent at this place! The view is breathtaking – perfect for watching the sunrise. There’s a trail that starts right from the property, and after a 10–20 minute walk, you’re rewarded with even more stunning scenery. The garden is beautiful, and the interior is spotless and thoughtfully equipped – even a yoga mat was provided, which came in very handy. We would gladly come back again!

This place is perfectly nestled among the cute streets of Collbató, with a stunning view of the mountain. Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful place to stay. A side note - For those without a car, it is quite difficult to get to and from Collbató, as public transportation is very limited.

Narciso is the kindest, most generous Airbnb host I've ever met. He clearly loves this house very much, and he put a lot of thought into every detail, from the furniture to the lighting to the decor and plants in the front yard. Speaking of the front yard, it's amazing to have a peaceful private outdoor space in a busy city, while still being within walking distance to numerous cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful at night. Getting to and from Barcelona was easy with the nearby train & metro station. For international visitors like us, Narciso also speaks excellent English. A 100/100 experience. Highly recommended!

Had a very comfortable stay. Ignasi is a fantastic host. Always responsive and quick with recommendations. The apartment was well equipped and the neighbourhood was warm and peaceful. A good break from the hustle of downtown Barcelona. The apartment is also well connected by tram and bus.

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places round the world. But Xavier’s place is definitely one of the best I and my family stayed at. The photos are brilliant, but the actual home is A+ and every time I’m in Barcelona, I will definitely go back there. For families, it’s just amazing! It’s hard to write a review for what the experience actually is…….just go see for yourself. ❤️

This is a review from a Korean couple. The city of Barcelona is so expensive, and I wanted to cook Korean food, so I came after looking for an Airbnb, and I totally recommend it! Even though I checked in late at 11pm, they were kind and considerate, and although the location was far from the city, it was nice to have a subway station and a grocery store nearby. Above all, the accommodation is for 2 people, but I used a large space alone (there's plenty of space even if you spread out the laundry rack), and although the bathroom is small, you can cook, and it was a good value for the money among the accommodations in Barcelona! The common entrance and the private house entrance are both secured, and the security guard is sitting on the first floor during the day, so it seems like the security is good. As a tip, they gave us water, bread, juice, etc. when we checked in, and they said that we could wash the towels and use them! There is an elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosa’s apartment! I stayed with my husband and our two sons, and we all absolutely loved it. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. Rosa was an amazing host—she recommended so many lovely places for us to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. It was such a sweet touch that she prepared a welcome message and treats for us when we arrived. She even went above and beyond by arranging a taxi to the airport and waiting with us until it arrived. We’re truly grateful for her kindness and hospitality. We will definitely want to stay in Rosa’s apartment again for our next visit to Barcelona. Highly recommended!

The building is spectacular, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk to all the major sites in the city. The apartment is spacious and lovely. We were two couples and we each had great private space but also really enjoyed the living area and especially the rooftop patio. We had coffee outside every morning and wine outside every night. Perfection. The hosts have thought of everything and the apartment was very well stocked with clear instructions about where to find things and how to operate everything. It was so nice to have the ability to do laundry also. The only caution I would give is that when they describe the stairs that you must climb to reach the apartment, they are not exaggerating. It is definitely manageable but if you have a lot of luggage, just allow yourself plenty of time. I have only used Airbnb a few times but this experience will give me more confidence to use it more in the future!

The apartment is a gem in the middle of Barcelona! It is a lovely one bedroom apartment that included everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. It is close to public transportation if you want to ride the metro and extremely walkable to restaurants, local boulevards for a stroll, and many of the famous sites that you will want to see such as Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, or the gothic area of the city. Raul was extremely helpful with recommendations for sites, restaurants, and local walking areas. He also gave suggestions for the Costa Brava outside the city. He was extremely attentive during check-in and made sure that we were well on our way to an interesting and fun vacation and addressed any questions that we had. Lovely area, lovely city, lovely people, delicious food...if you are going to Barcelona, rest assured that this apartment is wonderful and Raul will guide you every step of the way to ensure that you have a wonderful vacation!

Nathalia’s place was wonderful ! We would definitely come back again and recommend to others. Poblenou is a vibrant and great part of the city to stay in, within 5 minute walk to the beach. The air bnb was exactly as pictured and described. Others have mentioned having a problem with the garbage out front but it is simply the city containers that did not affect our stay whatsoever, and never smelled into the apartment. Thank you !

Attention Architecture & Design lovers! My stay at Walden 7 was a journey into one of Ricardo Bofill’s most visionary architectural experiments. Looking down at La Fábrica from Mari’s terrace felt like peering into the very brain of the Taller de Arquitectura , the place where ideas like Walden 7 were conceived, modeled, and made real. La Fábrica, a former cement plant, was repurposed by Bofill into his living quarters, office, and creative laboratory. It’s a surreal, almost sci-fi compound — part brutalist ruin, part green utopia — and it sits just next to Walden 7, its sibling in concept and form. While La Fábrica symbolizes reclamation and reinvention, Walden 7 represents an architectural manifesto, a response to the urban housing crisis with its vertical labyrinths, interior courtyards, and communal balconies. Not just a building — it’s a world. Parc del torrent near by is shaded park nearby with trails, lawns, and fountains. You can find some works of Xavier Corberó there too.

Had a super stay. Manuela and her husband were very hospitable and helpful. Beautiful accommodation with swimming pool and beautiful garden. You can get to the center of Barcelona by train, and it is close to the Barcelona circuit. We had a great week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this enchanting oasis, where peaceful tranquility enveloped us at every turn. The location, just a leisurely stroll from the beach, made it the perfect getaway.

A home with easy access to the train and essential shopping. Good facilities in the house. Very clean. And thank you for the quick response to our needs.

In the historical heart of Sant Cugat, walking to many restaurants and stores. The beds are comfy but like the others mention, one shared master bathroom required the second bedroom person to intrude a bit into the master bedroom person. the second bedroom is a single bed and not a foldout sofabed by American terms. it was comfy. There are no windows in the master bedroom but the second bedroom has nothing but windows but it has darken blinds for a good night's rest. Overall, we recommend!

We could not have been happier with the accommodations. Superbly located in the Gracia district where local eateries, bakeries and shopping was convenient. A cute plaza located steps from the apartment was charming. Jordi was extremely accommodating, helpful with local recommendations and went above and beyond in all our interactions with him. Sweet kitchen with small patio space and ample room for our family of 6.
