villa moderne et spacieuse dans une résidence privée et sécurisée proche de la plage. la résidence est très paisible et proche de toutes commodités à quelques pas du lac et à 300 m de la mer , par un chemin sécurisé . la résidence est dotée de 2 grandes piscines et une pataugeoire ( ouverte du 01 er juin au 30 septembre) ainsi que d'un parking privé une grande terrasse pour se détendre ( transat, salon jardin, coin repas à l ombre)grand salon, spa privatif, cuisine équipée, 3 chambres spacieuse.

No smoking! :( A cozy one-bedroom apartment for 1 or 2 people maximum. Adjoining our house, it has a separate entrance. The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The town center is within walking distance (numerous local shops). Hiking trails are nearby. The sea is a 40-minute walk, 20 minutes by mountain bike (on gravel paths), or 5 minutes by car. There are sports facilities nearby. Don't hesitate to air out the apartment. A breeze is more effective than air conditioning :)
