The Tiny House faces Lake Bourget on one side and the Massif des Bauges on the other. Living room-kitchen with a sleeping area and bathroom. Cozy, practical and functional, this "mini house" is ideal for a couple. Passing through or for a week, everything is included for a pleasant stay between lake and mountain! The glass doors give the impression of being as close to nature as possible, and the terrace will be the best place for an evening by the jacuzzi.

All shops are 2 steps away, as well as the market on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. It is in a preserved setting that you can enjoy Lake Aiguebelette (swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding...) as well as La Chaine de L'Épine (cycling, hiking...) Ideally located (1 hour from Lyon, Grenoble, Geneva).

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
