The accommodation is beautiful, modern and very clean. The place is spectacular, a beautiful and unique place, very quiet. If you're looking for a quiet stay in the countryside, this is the place for you!!

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

What a great apartment and tastefully modernly furnished. Really a very pleasant experience. Very friendly hostess and host. Only very positive experiences and plenty of attractions and delicious restaurants in this neighborhood. Next time, don't drive the entire distance with your own car, but fly to Pescara or Ancona and rent a car. 👍👍👍

Such a lovely place to stay. The gardens are expansive and there's plenty of places to sit either beside the pool, in dappled shade to read a book, or in the extra large outdoor dining space. Huge thanks to Laura and Stefano for making out stay so wonderful.
