Duplex apartment on the 1st and last floor with a large terrace of 12m2 , a living room with fully equipped kitchen, microwave plate large fridge freezer toaster TV wifi sofa washing machine and toilet . Upstairs a large bedroom divided into 2 on one side 1 large bed and on the other 2 bunk beds and bathroom. This apartment is in the center of Barbâtre, shops are a 3 ms walk from restaurants , bakery and + beach 5 m passage du Gois 5 m and private parking.

Pretty independent room on the first floor, at the home of the host but really isolated, with direct access to the dune and the beach in a house with mill and pool. Bedroom equipped with good 160 x 190 bedding, TV, personal toilet, independent shower room, kettle, coffee maker, and small fridge available. Barbâtre sailing school near Activity on the island, swimming, catamaran, kitesurfing, windsurfing, fishing on foot, bike ride, ... We do not allow pets.
