Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Barajas

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Amamos hospedarnos en la casa de Victor! Todo el espacio estaba perfectamente adecuado para recibirnos a mi familia y a mi... Te sentirás muy cómodo si decides quedarte aquí, Laura y Victor fueron muy atentos al responder nuestras dudas y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos cuando se los pedimos.

Cristina is such a lovely person & host. Always responsive & helpful if I needed anything. Also have great recommendations on local restaurants. I would definitely return & recommend 🥰thank you Cristina que Dios te bendiga fue un placer conocerte.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

local a 25 min do centro. casa super arrumada, boa tv, bons colchões. Juan foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. Recomendo bastante 👌

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

Fue como llegar a la casa de huéspedes de un familiar. Nuestro vuelo llegaba muy temprano por la mañana y Cristina nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes de la hora y también entrar al Airbnb que estaba disponible. El tiempo de respuesta a los mensajes es casi inmediato. Cristina es muy agradable y amable, al igual que su hijo al que conocimos cuando estaba de visita y nos ayudó en una ocasión a prender el televisor. Única vez que tuvimos que contactarla porque el televisor no encendía y en menos de 10 min. ya lo habían arreglado. Los detalles de Cristina son excelentes, nos recibió con una botella de vino y pequeño snack, una botella de agua en el refrigerador (aún cuando nos informa que el agua del grifo es potable), hay secadora de pelo en el baño, cepillo y algunos toiletries. La estación del metro está relativamente cerca, son 2 o 3 cuadras. En ese trayecto hay 2 supermercados, 1 tienda de abarrotes, 1 o 2 bares y algo de comercio. Un lindo parque atrás de la casa.

Many thanks, Maria Jose, for a wonderful stay! Your apartment was perfect for us (2 parents, 2 grown up kids), perfectly appointed for all that we needed. We loved the outside terrace. It was very convenient to have a grocery store and pharmacy close by. The Chamartin train station was also close by (20 min walk) with plenty of places to eat along the way. I highly recommend staying with Maria Jose, with much gratitude for her hospitality, generosity, and thoughtfulness!

Carles’ place was in a local neighbourhood that was within walking distance from the train. The transport links were great. There were great restaurants nearby. He also provided a cot for our child. The apartment was very clean and modern. Thanks for a great stay in Madrid.

Wonderful stay in Madrid. Easy train ride from airport to location. Major sites are just a few stops away using metro. Instructions and recommendations are clear to follow. Apartment is just like the pictures!

El piso está precioso y es todo un oasis de tranquilidad. Asimismo es muy funcional con una cocina bien equipada y buena climatización. Estuve durante una ola de calor y se agradece tanto el ventilador de techo de la habitación como el aire acondicionado en el salón

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance from museums, parks, bars, and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean.

Beautiful apartment just steps away from the beautiful historic La Latina neighborhood. Alfredo made checking in a breeze, and was an excellent host. If you’re planning a getaway to Madrid, look no further!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Muy buen alojamiento situado a 15 min andando del Wizink Center, así que es genial si vas a un evento. Entramos 4 personas perfectamente porque el sofá cama es enorme. El piso es también muy bonito y sin duda lo recomendaría! Muchas gracias a Paola y Ceci por todo.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

I had an excellent stay at Jose’s property! From the moment I booked, communication was clear and prompt, and the host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better! The location was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.
