"Home in Madrid" is a lovely, elegant apartment in a small, elevator building with a beautiful lobby. The apartment is very well decorated, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, making cooking a pleasure. The apartment is very centrally located.....we walked everywhere! It is on a great street, filled with lovely boutiques and restaurants and La Duquesita, a superb bakery, is just across the street. It is very conveniently located for drivers as we were able to pull up in front of the building, Ricardo helped us with the luggage and a secure garage with reasonable rates was just up the street. We didn't need to use the car again until we checked out. In addition to helping us with our considerable luggage, Ricardo was a gracious, responsive host who was clearly focused on ensuring that we were having a good time.....and we did. Without hesitation and with pleasure, we would stay in this apartment again.

It will be my place in Madrid. Unlike depressing hotels, this place is cozy and close to everything.. specially El Retrio Park. Everything was clean, the apartment is good for two people. Check in and check out was super easy. Only problem there’s no ironing board.. other than that, everything was perfect.

We stayed 4 nights. Carlos was in touch before we left. The flight was delayed for 5 hours, Carlos was kind enough to leave us food and drink in the fridge since we arrived very late. He always communicated with us, giving us tips on how to get around Madrid and places to eat. The neighborhood is very quiet, 15 minutes by subway from Sol. The apartment is as advertised We feel very comfortable at all times.

It is 750m away from Atoca train station, and the nearest subway station is 500m away, so transportation is convenient. It is located on the 1st floor, so there is no need to take an elevator, and security is good. Facilities such as washing machines and dryers are well-equipped and clean. The surrounding area is relatively safe even if you walk around at night.

We had a great time and felt right at home. We'll repeat!!!!

Perfect for spending a few days or long periods in Madrid, everything was very clean, Gema was attentive at all times, we had a small problem with the TV, but it was solved very quickly, in a few minutes a very friendly girl came to help us. As a downside, I recommend installing a better hair dryer. There were two small travel ones, one didn't work, and the other had a broken back, so you risked getting your hair tangled, and it didn't work very well either. I must say that I didn't inform the host. Very quiet area, a short walk from the Plenilunio shopping center, with very spacious parking and easy to park. I liked everything in general, I'm sure we'll repeat.

Cristina was very responsive to all queries and was very accommodating with check in and met us on arrival. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. A peaceful location, close to the metro and local cafes, bars and restaurants.

Perfect. 3 very comfortable bedrooms. Spacious, clean, close to a shopping center. Perfect balcony for getting some air and enjoying breakfast. In-person check-in to explain how the apartment works. You can walk to Mar de Cristal metro station in 8 minutes. The apartment's environment is not the most glamorous in Madrid, but a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Ramón's apartment is literally as described. It's an oasis you don't expect to find in the middle of a city like Madrid. He was always attentive to our needs and was very attentive and friendly with us! We would definitely love to come back!

Clean and spacious flat in an accessible but also quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The blackout shades in the bedroom allowed for very good sleep. 3 full bathrooms was excellent and convenient for 6 people. Strong AC for hot summer days.

Staying at Gustavo's house is paradise. He has thought of every little detail in this spacious and unique home he designed himself. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, all residential, but at the same time you are either only 2 minutes away from a taxi, or only 5 mins away from the bus, to get anywhere you want to go. Taxi ride from the house to the main attractions is 10 mins or less. It's the perfect blend of tranquility and city life, so easy to get anywhere, and a 10 minute walk gets you to Retiro Park and it's beautiful peacocks! Gustavo is so accommodating and thoughtful, he learned of some complications I had and made some very considerate gestures that most hosts would not even think of. The home is spacious and surrounded by beautiful gardens, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. 3 full beds and 3 full baths, every amenity you can think of. We fell in love with Madrid and this house, and will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
